“Just ordered breakfast to go at the end of breakfast time. Asked to have my steak on my biscuit fresh, and they did it with a smile. I appreciate great customer service with a smile! This location after breakfast is VERY CLEAN. My meal came out fresh, and the entire restaurant front and back is super clean! If you are on Hwy 321 definitely stop at this location!!“

“I placed my order online and went inside to pick up my order. This was at lunchtime, so the restaurant had a good flow of customers. I didn't go to the counter to ask if my order was ready. But I noticed people that came in and ordered at the counter, got their bag before I did. So, i just went to one of the workers and asked if they had a bag with my last name. And after a minute or so I did get my bag and leave the restaurant. Everyone was working, and the cook's community back and forth.“

“We have been here several time even though we do not live close. The service is great. We went another couple. Everyone liked their food. They have daily specials and I got one of them. There are lots of tables so we did not have to wait for a table. No problem with the parking. We will go again.“

“This Culvers was extremely impressive. We stopped by for lunch on our way to Asheville. When I say they were busy, that may be an understatement. Line out the door, drive thru lined up, parking lot FULL. Being that we had received a Culver's gift card for christmas, we decided to go ahead and stay. The staff was extremely friendly. We waited about 10 minutes in line to order considering the amount of people. Then only had to wait about 15 minutes for our hot and fresh food to be at our table. I have experienced longer wait times at other Culver's in an environment that was not a fraction of the amount of busy they were. The food was absolutely phenomenal. I want to give props to the crew working. They were on it! Everything was clean, even the drink station! As stated before, very impressed with how this location is ran. Like a smooth sailing ship. The employees try their best to understand your issues and communicate well with their colleagues to find a solution. Really great service. They have over 30 milkshake flavors, and while they are a burger place, I believe their BBQ sandwich can rival anything within a 100 miles.

“The level of customer service provided to my family during our visit was superior, especially the service of Tammy W. The food was very good, the establishment was clean and the entire staff was excellent. Tammy went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. She was so kind to the young children in our group. Noticeably, she made a point to interact and provide excellent service to all customers, not just my party. Whataburger should definitely give Tammy a raise because if I owned a company, I would want to keep her on my team.“

“We love Hardee’s, but we were very disappointed on our last visit, we ordered 10 piece chicken tenders, we got home and we had very small pieces. We called the store and the employee stated that they decided to fry up some end pieces. Very disappointed, not enough to serve the 2 of us, thank you .“

I have been here on numerous occasions, and I have never had an issue at all, whether it be through the drive-through or the lobby or early in the morning, or in the middle of the night, the staff has always pulled through for me - been kind, quick, courteous, and I appreciate them after a long days work with no food and they are here to take care of me.“

“We around 10:30 for lunch we ordered the minion meal and fries where cold went up to exchange them for hot fries said they had to drop some we finished eating all our food and had to go back up and ask for our hot fries and honestly they tasted reheated and smelled like old oil. Gross“
