We had the absolute pleasure of working with this team for our annual Casino Night at Inspire Royal Park, and the experience was outstanding from start to finish. This marked our fourth year using their services, and they continue to exceed our expectations year after year—which is exactly why we choose to work with them again each time.
The event was a huge success, and our residents could not stop talking about the food and service. The menu was flavorful, well thought out, and offered great variety—everything was a hit.
The two staff members assigned to our event were truly exceptional. They arrived on time, were well-presented, knowledgeable about the food, and clearly understood their roles without needing direction. After a brief walkthrough of the setup space, they took it from there seamlessly, allowing me to focus on the event itself. For a large event like this, that level of professionalism is priceless.
What impressed us most was their kindness and initiative. One of the staff members even went above and beyond by helping our bartender clean up at the end of the night and assisting her with carrying items to her car—completely unprompted. That speaks volumes about their character and work ethic.
We received an overwhelming amount of positive feedback from our residents, and I cannot say enough good things about this team. Exceptional food, outstanding service, and genuinely wonderful people. We look forward to continuing our partnership for many years to come.

“Had Red Radish cater our company Holiday lunch yesterday and absolutely satisfied with everything! The salad was phenomenal!!! We had the BBQ grilled chicken, Mac and cheese along with the brown sugar green beans.

“10 STARS The tags don’t express how I feel about Uptown Catering. Mike, Jimmy and Nick and the crew are all SOOO AMAZING!! I love my caterers. The food is amazing and tastes delicious. Seasoned well not bland at all. They send a team to set up decor and the food is delivered hot and ready to go. They are prepared with more food to keep the trays from being empty and the staff is always friendly and helpful. They even walk around the event space and pick up plates and cups. Just top Notch customer service all across the board. The difference with them than other caterers that I’ve used is that they take the time to find out what you really want and need and they make it happen. AND super reasonably priced. I love these guys. I use them for everything! Happy Holidays. Book your holiday party asap.“

“Delicious food. My wife and I dinned here for the first time and we are highly impressed with the taste of the food here. We ordered Tandoori Chicken, Chole and Paneer curry. Every item tasted authentic. Just one note of caution - their food is Spicey. So pay attention when ordering the spice level. We ordered spice level 8 which was a little too spicy even for an Indian palate. Having said that - food has very authentic taste.“

It had beautiful outdoor scenery and space as well as a spacious indoor entertaining area and the food was delicious! “Of course I had to try it out for support!!! But let’s talk about this salad!!! I used Absolutely no salad dressing. The flavor of the mix lettuce was just amazingly great. I had gotten 2 different meats and shrimp 🥴. I have never been a person on cold shrimp and it was my first time adding shrimp to a salad. I got it to go and thought it was a good idea to try this salad on 77 around 2:30 while driving “that was not a smart thought” !!! I wish I recorded my reaction when all that flavor hit my whole mouth!! 🤦🏽♀️ I rushed home to eat!!! AMAZING ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ yes 10!!! And the young lady that fixed it for me was very professional and sweet!!“

“We hired Dan & Debbie to cater our sons graduation party for 60 people! The food arrived on time, hot and tasted amazing!!! It was a hit and all the brisket, turkey & chicken wing went fast! “Great experience with Chef Henry. Booked for a family reunion dinner-had the best price of three I checked into and didn't disappoint. Grilled chicken, baked salmon, veggies, potatoes, apple pie, sweet tea and more-all received rave reviews.
