“My 5 star review is for Brianna who saw me struggling with the Apple Pay lol, and immediately came running. When I first came in, I told the young lady behind the counter (she looked sweet, but maybe she was just shy) that this was my first time here. She smiled, but turned back around to finish packing the box of cookies she had been working on. Again, she seemed really sweet, so I don’t think her ignoring me was intentional but after standing there for a minute or so, I noticed that other people were starting to come in and tap the monitors on the side of the wall. I got the young ladies attention again, and asked if I’m supposed to order on the wall, to which she replied with a smile, “Yes.” It looked like they were really busy trying to get in a big order or something in, so I didn’t take it too personally, but I told her “Honey, you have to tell me these things so I know.” She smiled, and I headed to the monitors on the wall, but the Apple Pay didn’t seem to be working, which may have been user error lol. Either way, cute little Brianna came to my rescue and answered every single question that I could possibly have about Crumbl cookies. She had the sweetest demeanor, and not only was she extremely knowledgeable, but she also made me feel so welcomed! I really appreciate her and I hope that thugs company appreciates her as well. She is an absolute gem!!“

“Carolina Beer Temple was one of the first craft beer spots I tried in the Charlotte area and it is still my favorite! Bar tenders are awesome, vibes are great, and they’re always doing fun events involving the local community. Can’t recommend enough!“

“The best part of Jekyll and Hyde is the amazing employees and the atmosphere. We were greeted and sat by a hostess with the most fun hair that compliments the steampunk feel of the restaurant and she was all smiles and very welcoming and friendly. Awesome start to dinner. Our server was Kaylee and she also made the experience very enjoyable and I would recommend asking for a table in her section if you go in. My drink was never empty and she made sure we enjoyed all our food. The food was great all around. Looking forward to going back soon!“

“I had the Honolulu bowl and it was delicious. Super happy we have a poke place near Mint Hill. I do recommend to bring your small kids in a stroller with a tray, though, since there are no high chairs.“

Fried mushrooms and cold cold beer to start .. then I got the Patty melt and fries ( had to bring half home ) He got the Meatball sub and onion rings but nothing left to bring home ! “Eat there every time we are in the area. We always enjoy the home cooked food. Tonight my husband had the baked chicken with dressing, green beans and black eyed peas. I had the sausage with cabbage, mashed potatoes and black eyed peas. Both meals were delicious!!“

“Li’s is our go-to for Asian food. Pictured is the drunken noodles, spring rolls, and ramen. The pan fried pork dumplings and lo mein are also delicious. The people who run Li’s are very nice, and we appreciate that the food is flavorful without being too greasy or salty.“

Excellent customer service from her. “Visited Matthews, NC few days ago and had lunch here. The food was awesome (I had Jalapeno Poppers and Peter Piper burger), and so was the beer selection (I had a really good blonde ale (cannot recall the name unfortunately)). Service was great, and washrooms were clean. The place has a really cool vibe to it, looks like one would feel at home there while watching sports on one of the many screens.“

“I went on a Sunday after church had let out, so it was rather busy. There was a wait of 15 minutes, but the restaurant was completely full, so I dont hold that against them.
My waitress was attentive and friendly, making sure that everything about my meal was good. My food was brought out quickly, and was exactly as ordered. The menu has plenty of options for everyone, from health nuts to picky eaters and more.
They have nice desserts as well, I had the molten chocolate cake with vanilla ice cream. It isn't a large dessert, just keep that in mind if you're expecting a large portion of dessert.
Overall, great place. Its a good date spot and conveniently nestled in downtown Matthews, NC, which has plenty of nice walking and shopping opportunities.“

“I had been going through a lot lately and i love how the bag was packed with such care. I didn’t get to take a picture but it just reminded me of when I was kid when I unpacked it and felt like it was from someone in my family. Thank you. I’m need that sweet tea recipe!! 😋“

“I have been going to Kami for years and it has always been amazing. I usually get takeout, which is convenient. The food is top tier at great prices. I usually get a bento box, which has a lot of food for a reasonable price and portion. The sushi is also phenomenal, as I ordered the Weddington Roll and it did not disappoint.“
