“Took our daughter here as her choice for her birthday. Our server was kind, welcoming and we appreciated her energy. Area we were seated in was clean. My only complaint was some of my food was overwhelming with "salt". I ordered the salmon dinner. The rice was salty along with my order of asparagus. I had to send them back because I couldn't eat it. This is not to say the food isn't good, just please cut back on the over seasoning. My daughter enjoyed her birthday and we will visit again in the future.“

“Today placed an order online. Got my total, time to pickup and off my husband went to get our dinner. Pulled up to get food, empty parking lot, no one at window to get food from, sign on door said closed for the day for remodeling. NOTHING on page saying you are closed, even said you are open till 10pm! What the hell?! Somebody is going to fix this issue! And not just with a free appetizer!“

“Their layout is maximized for seating but it feels cramped no matter where you sit. It's a good business decision to make it so people werent waiting long for open seating, it just takes away from the experience slightly.

Ribs are very good here. Steak wasn't the worst I've had but won't order one again. Overall it was fine“

Parking: Do not valet. Valet is no longer complimentary which was fine. What was not fine was the bird shit all over my car and windshield when we came outside because the car was exactly where we parked it upon entering the restaurant. When I went to contact the valet company on the way home via the link on the receipt, a porn website appeared...“

“We celebrated my mom’s birthday at the Charlotte location and I must say the service was excellent. Our server Riley was amazing. 10/10 service. Top tier. She ensured we were comfortable. She also checked on us every few minutes and met every request. The live band was amazing. Made the dinner even better. The spinach was just right. The lamb chops were delectable, tasty. The drinks were not too much that they took away from the taste of the food. We are planning on returning.“

“My second time at The Capital Grille was just as good as my first experience. We started our dinner with the Prosciutto-Wrapped Mozzarella with Vine Ripe Tomatoes and the Pan-Fried Calamari with Hot Cherry Peppers. I absolutely devoured the Calamari and the addition of the hot pepper was something I didn’t realize any of my previous calamari experiences were missing until now. For my entree I enjoyed the Seared Sea Scallops with Maine Lobster and Asparagus Risotto. It was great and creamy but I regretted not getting a steak. We finished out meal with the The Capital Grille Cheesecake and the Classic Crème Brûlée. Both were divine and easily the best cheesecake and crème brûlée that I’ve had. The crust on the cheesecake was absolutely fantastic and the crème brûlée had an excellent crust with a heavenly vanilla flavor. My favorite parts of the meal were the starters and the dessert. I’d absolutely recommend this restaurant for a special occasion.“

“We went to Dressler’s tonight for my husband’s Birthday. We had never been but wanted to try it since we loved their old Dogwood concept. Michelle was our waitress and truly made the evening so special. She was so knowledgeable around the menu and so attentive and fun. The food was exceptional. I had the waygu flank special and he had the 16oz ribeye. The shrimp appetizer was a great way to start and the apple crisp was a perfect ending to the meal. We were so excited to see the manager from the old Dogwood concept working there. She is so great too. Thank you for having such an amazing space that can make nights so memorable.“

Pros: Perfect location off of Rea road, manager stop by to check on you, food very tasty, and plenty of parking. The decor is inviting and airy.

Cons: Can get crowded on holidays - suggest reservations. A little on the high side, but the taste and service was worth it!

Will return again in the future.“

From the time we walked through the door we were greeted with professionalism and a smile! Our waitress Alaura set the bar of what a waitress does. “We had reservations for our 21st Anniversary tonight. Our server was above and beyond great, along with the food. We let them know ahead of time of our occasion and we were seated at a table for two alone (until they got packed ☺️) and an amazing dessert decorated to commemorate our day. The extra touches made our night. We will definitely be back.“

“We were blown away by the food and the service. Our waiters name was Justin. He was more knowledgeable than most. He could have sold ice to an eskimo. He was good. But he was right as well.
