“"My Pleasure"? Not today. Disappointed loyal customer here. Everyone knows Chick-fil-A sets the gold standard for fast food, and it will always be "God’s Chicken" to me. That’s why it hurts to write this, but the Laurinburg location repeatedly lets down the brand’s reputation. I placed a catering order days in advance for pickup on 10/10 at 5:00 PM. When I walked in at 4:52 PM, four employees—including the shift manager—were huddled at the catering counter with their backs to the lobby. Instead of greeting me or asking if I was picking up, they all just walked off. I had to track down the manager myself, who admitted he didn't even notice me and asked how long I was standing there. This isn't a one-off mistake; it’s a bad pattern at this restaurant. I love Chick-fil-A and will continue to support the brand, but the management at Laurinburg desperately needs to retrain their staff on basic situational awareness and customer service.“

“Waiting and waiting on an online pizza delivery order, only to call the store to be told I requested carryout. Checked email confirmation and sure enough, I did. Not having a car did not help either. Papa John's was nice enough to have it delivered to me. One hour later and the pizza is still hot and delicious. Thank you Papa John's!“

“I will be the first person to say Captain D's usually doesn't impress me. Perhaps, I have judged them all unfairly against my experience at one. That being said, this one in Laurenburg, NC was amazing! We ordered our food and drinks, I went to wash my hands and when I got back to the table our food was ready. Less than 3-4 minutes from order to table. This has not been my experience previously at other locations. Our food was hot and delicious 😋 the staff was friendly and prompt. “We stopped by there on the 4th of July after watching the fireworks at Scotland High down the road. The drive-thru was packed, but that was to be expected as to seeing it was a holiday and an event had just occurred down the road.

However, our service was quick, accurate, and hot! To top it off, service was AMAZING! The girl working the window deserves a raise! I'm not sure how she maintained her smile and southern charm despite all the traffic but she made us feel like WE were the ONLY customers! Bravo!

I ordered what was on the sign from the roadside. Cheesy Burger with Onions and Bacon tray. The food was SO hot that I had to spit it back out after taking a bite. I was NOT expecting that. Having hot food at a packed drive-thru is not common. I applaud you guys!

The food was delicious! I ordered an Oreo shake to top it off. It was PACKED with Oreos! Yum!! I took pictures and will try to get them uploaded here.
