“This was the best Olive Garden Ive ever ate at and had excellent service. Im visiting from Wisconsin and my waiter JC did such great service for me. I even gave him a higher tip than normal because he showed great service, attentiveness and cares that customers are satisfied. Also Manager Jon Gavin is one of the best Olive Garden Managers I ever met. He made sure customers were satisfied even if his waitresses and waiters already asked. I was so impressed I asked to see Manager Jon again just to show and thank him for such great service and a memorable restaurant Ill never forget. Cant wait to go back when I visit Charlotte again.“

“We have eaten here four times and each time it was delicious! I have only ordered the hibachi chicken wrap (I'm a creature of habit) and it was consistently great each time. My husband changes up but has liked everything he has ordered. We like our fries a little crispier than their usual style so we requested them crispy and they gladly did it for us! They have excellent honey mustard.“

“Love the quiet vibe and the food was very tasty. Has the turkey sandwich with fruits as a side, which I must say was a breath of fresh air from the typical sides offered in America consisting of various types of fries. A little cup of assorted fruits hits the spot.“

“OMG! Just left this location a few moments ago today, 6/14/26, and I have to say that this was by far some of the BEST service & food I've received from any Olive Garden in a very long time! We had Aiden as our server, and from start to finish he was AMAZING! Aiden was polite & very attentive for such a busy Sunday evening! Every dish was hot & brought out in a timely manner! All the staff had smiling faces & the restaurant atmosphere was joyous! Thank you such a great dinner experience!“

“Service was a bit slow, food came out lukewarm/cold. Coffee wasn't good. Wish people knew about water filters and making good coffee.
Bacon and hash browns were terrific. Eggs cold. French toast was great. Belgian waffle was overcooked and cold.
Server was pleasant. Breakfast served all day.
Diner atmosphere, nothing fancy.“

“I sat down to eat here today and Ians work ethic is beyond exceptional. He has worked hard and talked to every single person and made sure they are okay. You don’t see that often.
I drive here from crowders mountain to come here. This place always has my grilled chicken sandwich hot and everything is always correct. Today Momo was exceptional in her customer service and really made my day. Thank you for the kindness always :)“

“I’ve been visiting this location since I moved into the area about a year ago. Every experience has been amazing. Friendly service, delicious food, accurate and efficient ordering - always a pleasurable and reliable experience. I picked up an order today and the gentleman assisting me offered me a free drink, simply out of kindness. The employees here consistently go above and beyond for the customers and I am just so grateful to have this exceptional little spot in our community. “I’ve been living in Charlotte for about 6 months now, and unfortunately, I’ve had some pretty disappointing customer service experiences at a lot of fast food and quick-service restaurants. This Panera has been the complete opposite.
Every time I come here, the staff is friendly, welcoming, and genuinely seems to enjoy what they do. My order is always correct, the service is quick, and the overall atmosphere is consistently positive. It’s refreshing to find a place where customer service is clearly a priority.
I honestly look forward to coming here because I know I’m going to have a great experience. The team does an amazing job, and it definitely doesn’t go unnoticed. 10/10—keep up the great work! 😊“

“First time in and it’s nice and clean inside! Girl at the counter was super nice and helpful. They had a special for a free slice of pizza for kids under 12 for August! I got the bbq chicken 10in pie and my husband got the pepperoni calzone (which was huge)! The owner was super nice and treated us to a free order of Milano rolls! They accidentally forgot the pizza slice for our toddler, and they ended up giving him a free 10in instead. I can’t emphasize enough how kind and caring these people were! And the food is really well priced, only $10 each for both the calzone and the 10in pizza! Will definitely be coming again!!“

“Staff is super slow and unhelpful except one girl- Dashia who was super sweet and trying to rush around making everyone happy. Meanwhile everyone else couldn't be bothered to keep their attention on customers. They just walk around in a daze. Please someone get Dashia some real help! Pizza is always good though!“

“Came through the drive thru about 6-6:30. Ordering was easy. They totally got our complicated order right. Everyone had smiling faces. We parked and ate. It was phenomenal. Food was hot and fresh. If we didn't live an hour away we would for sure come back! I'd give 10 stars if I could!“

“This quaint restaurant located in a charming town..easy quick 5 minutes off the highway..2 minutes back on...soooo WORTH the stop. Soooo fresh, large portions, the Ruben and Chicken salad are some of the best we have had. The staff were Hometown friendly..great atmosphere with a beautiful lake view to sit outside if you choose. Coffee was great- try their roasted Brainstorm!! And to boot they are part of a non-profit group called HOLY ANGELS supporting and providing employment opportunities for the differently able. loved it all!“
