I was hesitant at first because of all the negative reviews but I had a craving for tacos and this place is literally less than a mile from my house. I cannot say enough about how fast my service was and Allyssa (hope I’m spelling her name right) was so friendly. She had a huge smile and really outgoing personality. This business is very lucky to have her. This level of service is rare. Give this girl a raise. She’s making yall look good Taco Bell. The service was absolutely outstanding. Brithney and Stefanie went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. They were attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable, offering excellent recommendations and ensuring we had everything we needed throughout the meal.

Now, onto the food—wow! I started with the guacamole, which was fresh, flavorful, and perfectly seasoned. The sopes were an absolute highlight: crispy on the outside, tender on the inside, and topped with the most delicious ingredients. A pitcher of margaritas was the perfect pairing—refreshing, tangy, and just the right amount of kick. To top it all off, the flan was the grand finale I didn’t know I needed: creamy, silky, and a perfect blend of sweetness to end the meal on a high note.

“Tried Que Onda for a bday celebration around lunch time on a Friday. This specific location wasn’t busy. We were seated right away and the food came out quickly and hot not long after we ordered. I ordered the Grilled Chicken Nachos and was highly impressed. Not only was it a decent amount of food for your money, but it was simply delicious! The service wasn’t all that great and the restaurant shares parking with other businesses. I would recommend trying here although I would try a different location to see if service is better there!“

“My wife and I had dinner at the Charlotte location this evening. We had great service from our server Noah, who was very quick to take our drink order and provided attentive service for our entire dinner. We both ordered a Chimichangas (my wife had the chicken and I had the beef). Both were delicious, well seasoned and served hot. (fwiw) noted the staff were sweeping and cleaning the restaurant tables quickly, after a table turned.“
