“Food was amazing good , I was only disappointment on my drink I ask for Virgin Pina colada and instead I got a cup full of Pina syrup very sweet and thick I noticed went I went home .“

I was hesitant at first because of all the negative reviews but I had a craving for tacos and this place is literally less than a mile from my house. I cannot say enough about how fast my service was and Allyssa (hope I’m spelling her name right) was so friendly. She had a huge smile and really outgoing personality. This business is very lucky to have her. This level of service is rare. Give this girl a raise. She’s making yall look good Taco Bell. The food was hot and fresh and came out fast. 5 star food and service.“

“I’ve been to just about every Que Onda location around Charlotte, but finally remembered to take photos at the Matthews spot tonight. As a California-born taco lover, I’m almost embarrassed to admit how incredible the tacos are here... because I’ve eaten at just about every hole-in-the-wall from Tijuana and all up and down the East Coast. I know good tacos, and this place absolutely deserves its flowers.

Every single taco was phenomenal, but the steak is out of this world. The flavors are bold, the textures are on point, and the tortillas hold everything together without falling apart, which is a bigger deal than people realize. If you appreciate real tacos and not just “taco-adjacent” food, Que Onda is well worth checking out.“
