“I like sweet and sour Zaxbys Boneless Wings. I am handicapp so I took advantage of the new Amazon Grubhub free delivery. I live 1.5 miles from the Mint Hill location and figured it will be delivered quick and hot, something I usually dont expect. My order was delivered very fast and was hot, but it was not what I ordered. Bone in Wings (traditional). came instead of the boneless ones. Grubhub driver had left, so I called the Mint Hill Zaxbys and a very nice employee answered and explained that I needed to call Grubhub, or go thru the "Somethings wrong with my order". Employee also said I could come and pick up a free order. I told them that I'm handicapped and its not an option. So, feeling left out to dry, I got my refund thru the order reciept and was looking for other lunch options, when my phone rang and it was Mint Hill Zaxbys calling me to ask how far I lived from the location, I said 1.5 miles. I mentioned i had got my refund and was getting rerady to look for lunch. I think it was the manager, she said politely that she would be glad to bring a hot order of sweet and sour boneless wings to me on the house! That was fantastic and one of the kindest gestures I have had in awhile. Thanks MInt Hill Zaxbys! BTW- Wings were fresh and yummy and the cheddar bites were crispy!“

“We enjoyed the atmosphere, food and drinks so much!! One of the owners came out to serve us and was very nice, knowledgeable and ready to educate us on the menu and drink menu. Everything was very clean and inviting. I give them 5 stars and will be returning when we are back in town!!“

“The owner went above and beyond. I had a large order and couldn't decide on what flavors. he brought out his recommendation and that's what I picked and it was very good and he also gave me fries and a lemonade that was really good. if I was so far away in Florida I would be going every weekend to eat. I would 💯 definitely recommend this place“

“We used Tracy Blakeney to cater our sons engagement party in Charlotte. She was wonderful and helped us coordinate a delicious menu. She helped us set up our essay, and all of our guest loved the variety, the freshness, and the deliciousness of the food. We would highly recommend using them for any function. “I love this place! Service is always great and it’s decorated like a 1950s diner. The food? Fantastic, fresh and is ready fast.
Superboy (get it as is) and fries are my “go to” but the fried chicken, onion rings and the chicken salad plate are also terrific. They also have a delicious mustard-forward potato salad that slays. You won’t be disappointed!“

“Have been to this location numerous times and always have a pleasant experience. If you're looking for something quick and fresh, this def a go too place. Different variety of Pokè Bowls with an option to create your own. Unlimited topping options and very nicely priced. Very clean inside and a couple of seating options inside. My daughter bought a Boba tea they had in a can, and when the manager saw she got that, he said, "Not good!" And actually made her a fresh Boba tea, which she truly appreciated and stated tasted better, of course. Def. It's a go-to spot and super close to us.“

“My mom and I stopped here for dinner on our way to our hotel and this was a great spot! The food was very filling and the server we had was amazing! This was a cute family friendly spot. I saw families, work meetings, and travelers (me and my mom). The environment was very homey!
Dietary restrictions: I couldn’t have dairy and the waitress helped me find some options! For sushi and the noodles!
Kid-friendliness: I noticed Wreck-it-Ralph being played and kids doodling on mats!“

“My family eats here about once a week. I'm ALWAYS happy with my order. I get a bowl woth half hummus/lettuce as base. Chicken. And top with salad, cabbage, onions, and pickles. Don't skip the garlic sauce. The pita tastes fresh and perfect. The place is clean and employees are super friendly and helpful.“

“Build your own pizza is the best deal you'll get. My favorite is a white-top cheese pizza loaded with chicken, bacon, ranch, pesto, garlic, ricotta, mozzerella, seasonings, spinach, and hot honey drizzle. This is unbeatable. Also, you can choose thin crust or rising crust, which is my choice favorite.“

One complaint/suggestion:
The drive thru line was extremely TOO long with only 1 or 2 cars in the mobile thru line.
They should have directed some drive thru cars to the mobile thru line to cut down on the wait“

“I got to this cfa all the time and the food is always so good and the service is always amazing! Today I pulled up for my mobile order and my car started smoking from under the hood. Luckily two guys working at CFA were there to help me and check around under the hood. I know that’s not food related but I really appreciated them taking the time to investigate and help me out, that was really, really kind!! I called back to get their names so I hope I have the correct ones, thank you so much Connor and Marcos!!! I greatly appreciate y’all!“

“Anytime I come by here, it never disappoint. I either get a chicken sandwich or 8ct nuggets (fried or grilled). It was very busy on the day went and wanted to try something different, so I got a chicken deluxe sandwich (without bun and cheese) on a lettuce wraps which was good.“
