“This was my first visit to this Chick-fil-A in Monroe. The people working there were extremely nice, quick with their work and seemed to enjoy doing their job. Best experience in Monroe for fast food for sure. If people are complaining about this place then I believe they need to look at themselves.“

“Good was fresh and hot!!Service was great!Atmosphere was welcoming and clean.The manager ran a tight ship and had everyone working, including the 2 that thought they were going to stand at v drive though v while she pushed the orders out.They all pitched in and the lines started moving.“

“Went to this location for the first time to try viva chicken with my husband! We were greeted but the most wonderful person at the counter. she was friendly and very personable. I had never gone to a viva chicken so I wanted something they didn’t have on today’s menu but She made sure to recommend me something just as good. she was very welcoming and cheery! we loved the food so much and will be back. while we ate Miss Sarah I believe was her name; came out and asked us how our food was. that was above and beyond for me. I n not much of a reviewer but when the service is good and so is the food you have to say something!! Sarah if you see this great job with the customer service and I look forward to visiting again!“
