Captain D's is a seafood restaurant that has received mixed reviews. The staff is often praised for their great service, with customers highlighting the friendly and courteous personalities of the team members. However, the food quality has been described as inconsistent, with some reports of poor-tasting shrimp, insufficient portions of fries, and subpar coleslaw and fish.
Recent customer reviews have been more positive, with visitors reporting a wonderful service experience and delightful meals. One customer praised the young team member, Parker, for his excellent recommendations and attentive service, going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant dining experience. Another customer noted the restaurant's cleanliness and the piping hot fish, while a third customer described the team's friendly and personal service, as well as the fresh and excellent fish and shrimp platters.
Overall, Captain D's provides a convenient dining option with a delightful staff, and the recent reviews suggest an improvement in the food quality and dining experience.
