“These folks deserve your business. Serving the best ramen I’ve had in NC at the most modest pricing and friendly service. Literally couldn’t ask for more. The pork buns were also killer. I saw other reviews mentioning there weren’t a lot of patrons, this is still a thing from my experience. If you don’t like crowds, come here before word gets out.“

“Hope Cafe is a hidden gem! The interior may be small, but the food packs incredible flavor and authenticity. The service is quick and I love that they have different spices at the table so you can add more heat if needed. I would recommend the Beef Drunken Noodles, Thai Pho, Thai Curry Noodles, Pad Thai and chicken wontons, each one was incredible. Without a doubt, this is the best local Thai spot around, definitely my new go-too!“

“The food was absolutely delicious and nothing was over cooked into chewiness. I am sad about the Japanese white sauce because it was quite runny and bland, but as the saying goes: If you have to put sauce over steak (or food in general) then the food wasn't good. However, that was furthest from the truth and I enjoyed every bite. The atmosphere is great with traditional japanese counter seating. Overall appearance is clean and well maintained.“

“Picked up drunken noodles for lunch and it was quite tasty. The heat was just as I requested, but the fried tofu was slightly tough and I would have preferred a little more sauce. However, the amount and variety of vegetables was certainly a step above other drunken noodles I have had.“

“It’s pretty good! I’ve only had the bahn mis but they are delicious and fresh and full of veggies and meat. It was affordable as well only being 10 bucks for a small bahn mi and two egg rolls. They also have more regular size bahn mis though that are separate from the ones on the combos. However, for lunch I would come here over a fast food place any day of the week.“

“I found this food truck by accident today. I was expecting it to be average like other food trucks, but I got a pleasant surprise! Mysore bonda was pillowy on the inside, and the chutneys complimented it nicely. Chicken manchurian was a good blend of sweet and savory, and the chicken was cooked nicely. But the highlight for me was the biryani! I’ve had bad luck experiences with food truck biryani, but I decided to try it anyway. And i’m glad I did! The chicken was succulent and aromatic, and the rice was cooked to perfection. Better than some restaurants i’ve been to! Only bad thing was that the wait times are tooo long. Aside from food, the place is cozy. I also like the name. Staff were mostly helpful. This food truck is close to the heart of Apex and beaver creek commons. You should definitely visit Namaste Chicha next time you get a food truck craving!“
