“I always go here with my wife and the people that work here are all so kind, specially the ones in the front. I’ve been to different restaurants and the food and service here is amazing! They keep this place always so clean. The guy has helped me decide what to get since my wife is very picky. And I appreciate what he does. And one of the workers up front even talks Spanish and I sometimes see her helping with people who struggles with their orders. But what I didn’t like is, how some customers are towards the workers and spreading lies on the reviews. When me and my wife have ate there a lot of times and not once have they been racist or involved religion like a review had said. But though people will continue spreading lies, I know me and my wife will continue coming here frequently!“
“McKoy's is our family restaurant. It has it all from wings to pot roast. We try to eat there weekly it is so good. One favorite is half chicken dinner with two old fashioned fixins. McKoy's has all the bases covered in delicious food.“

“Chex has a wide variety of classic American foods from burgers, wings, fries, cheese steaks, wraps, and salads. You can order over the phone or online for takeout and choose your pickup time. The wings were amazing.. big n juicy, fried to perfection, and bursting with flavor (hands down, some of the best wings in town). I tried the wet lemon-pepper and spicy honey mustard.. couldn't pick a winner bc I absolutely loved both flavors.. can't wait to try more, as they have over 40 different wing flavors. ??“

“1st time visitor. Had an appointment off Dixie River Road and saw Dixie Grill. It was lunch time and thought.... Let's give it a try. It's a hidden secret in Charlotte. I had the chicken sandwich with onion rings and iced tea. The sandwich was excellent. I got more onion rings than I could eat and they were also delicious. The iced tea was sweetened just right. They also have unsweetened.I'd recommend and look forward to returning. Hope to take my wife there soon. I want to try their hamburger.I'd recommend.“
“I don't normally pass through this area this establishment is located but when I found out its one of the few location open late night that isn't typical fast food I had to try it out and was not disappointed. I got the shrimp and wings combo and a gyro combo it all had so much flavor. They have a large variety of options including seafood, burgers, chicken and even pasta. I'll be coming back here again“
“Amazingly, this review is five stars, and I haven't even visited the restaurant yet., Usually I reserve the five star rating for an in-restaurant visit. But given the quality of the multiple DoorDash orders we've received from Mix, I am very comfortable giving them a top-notch rating. Even though it's already been said in previous reviews, let's just start with the wings. We have ordered several different varieties (all were really good( and we keep coming back to the lemon pepper which is probably one of the best versions I've had in the last year or so - and I eat a lot of wings. Even though they were delivered, probably 25 minutes after they came out of the fryer, we still found them to be very crispy and very flavorful. One of the worst things about ordering lemon pepper wings, especially take out, is getting a set of wings with virtually no seasoning on them. That was not the issue with these wings in the least!The other complement I need to give them is on their fryer game. You can make great wings, but then put out horrible fried sides, like fries, tater tot's, onion, rings, and okra. But not at Mix! Their fryer game is popping, literally! The onion rings are probably some of the best in the city, and again, this is delivery onion rings that typically would come out of the container soggy and wet. These were just like we like them, crispy, hot with just the right amount of grease. This is definitely one of our favorite spots to order from and hopefully we'll make it into the actual restaurant in person at some point in the future. But until then, keep those lemon pepper wings poppin!“
“The food has been prepared fresh each time I come here. The staff are friendly and the wings and fries are amazing! I’ve tried the hot honey wings and spicy teriyaki and both were sauced well and unique in taste compared to other popular wing spots. Much better actually! Maybe made in-house? The sauce does not taste generic and the texture of the wings are always perfect. The prices and wait times are not bad either. There is a smoke shop attached with equally friendly and helpful staff. He took his time assisting me with my questions and went above and beyond to find answers if he was unsure. I always try to stop by when I’m in the area and will return and suggest your business to others.“
“Queen City Cheesesteaks is located in the City Kitchen on Thrift Road. This is a Ghost Kitchen that does have some seating usually. Currently they are doing renovations so the seating is unavailable at the time I writing this review so it is just takeout. As someone who relocated here from the Philly area I will say these cheesesteaks are one of the best that Charlotte has to offer. The meat is chopped up into small pieces just how I personally like it. The major deficiency here in Charlotte in general when it comes to cheesesteaks is the bread that is used, other than that everything was perfect here at Queen City Cheesesteaks. The cheesesteaks are also hefty, so you get your money's worth, the prices are definitely fair. They don't just have cheesesteaks. Their top seller are their mambo wings and their assortment of egg rolls are delicious as well. This is a family owned business. The Owner is really nice and is assisted by his son and daughter. I will add this my places on my very short list of where to get cheesesteaks in Charlotte and will definitely be back.“
“I got the salmon platter which come with shrimp both AMAZING. They came on a bed of yellow rice which I loved. I got the green beans (really good) and collard greens(they were sweet so not a fan) as my sides. I ordered a side of the chili lime wings (I think that was the sauce) they were fire, like really good. I definitely recommend this place. The staff were really friendly.Order in advance to avoid the wait and take it to go, it’s really small and not well ventilated.“
“The chicken wings and nuggets are still great but the building is looking pretty bad inside and out as there are apparently not enough employees to keep the parking lot cleaned up, the paint fresh, the soda/water machines in service and the supplies storage out of the dining room not to mention the hand printed menu signs and prices. In need of a refresh.“
“The restaurant is clean, and the cashier is professional and polite. The food is delicious. When it comes to garlic parmesan wings, I wish they had dry rub instead of that garlic parmesan sauce. They could at least sprinkle some parmesan cheese on the top of the wings, so I would know that it is garlic parmesan. I only get lemon pepper wings in the dry rub.“
“This was our first visit to the Gastonia location, but we hadn't been (Charlotte) in about ten years. The food was delicious. My only issue was that the Power Bowl salad with the added "Blackened Tuna" option was actually Ahi Tuna, and I was not informed by our server. Nor was I asked by the waitress what temperature I wanted it cooked. That would have given me a clue ... It came to me raw. I'm going thru chemo at the moment, so raw seafood is a 100% no-go. Soooo back to the kitchen it went. Sadly. However, the well-done version that returned was delicious. My hubby said the Nachos were very good. (It's one of his favorite items to order). We bought 10 gift cards, so I guess we'll be returning! Alyssa was very attentive and friendly. We'll be requesting her in the future.“

“Had a delivery order scheduled this past Sunday but due to an error, it was placed as pickup. After an hour I contacted this store and spoke to the manager who was kind enough to resubmit the order as delivery and send out fresh pizzas. Great customer service and tasty food!“
“The guy who works in the morning really goes out of his way to make your visit worth it. I order food almost eveytime I go on my lunch break. This guy welcomes me with a big smile and great customer service. I've never had a problem with my food from this location.“
“I just walked in after a doctor's appointment because I was hungry. Let me tell you how AMAZING the customer service is (I haven't even eaten the food yet lol). The worker was by herself and was an amazing host. She helped me order from the menu as this is my first time visiting. She was so polite to a little child who accidentally spilled his juice. She immediately went to help the family clean up the spill and said "it's ok, I have uh-oh's sometimes too" with a smile on her face. Then she came back behind the counter to finish taking my order and apologized for my wait. She greeted every guest with a smile as they came in. She was very warm and welcoming. Stop by and experience it for yourself.UPDATE: The fries and wings taste GREAT!!! The only thing I would change is ask for them to be fried extra crispy next time.“
“Crazy to me that I got the best pad Thai I've had in YEARS at a mini mart type store. Came here when I was feeling under the weather and craving pad Thai and wasn't disappointed. So much food for the price and it was delicious. Got it to go and took a bite of the food while I was driving home and had a hard time stopping myself from eating before I even got to the house- I can't say enough good things. The food really is great and the service is fast.“
