Ice Cream Shops in Murphy

“Pop’s Mountaintop is such a great little place in the town of Murphy.Barry and staff are always welcoming. It’s hard to find Hersheys ice cream today. Theirs is the best! Just started selling pizza by the slice. Tried two with a fountain drink. Can’t beat the price and the pizza was the best I have had in a while. I would have to say the “Best Pizza”in town!!!! Being from New York where we had a pizza joint on every corner, being raised by my Italian Nanna who made everything from scratch and working fine dining for twenty years in NY. I can truly say the pizza at Pops is great!They use whole milk mozzarella, which is a must for a great pizza.Most places today, don’t even know the difference, and they all use low fat or two percent.The dough is made there and light and crisp and the sauce is just right with just the right amount of olive oil. Their pizza will not disappoint! Check it out. Daniel is the chef there. Please let’s support this gem in our community😘“
