“This location really needs to improve. I’m so over using the pandemic and staff availability as an excuse. I understand Rocky Mount doesn’t need to loose any more businesses but the people in this area deserve better. I have been a long time Panera customer around the country but this one here can’t seem to keep up with the menu items. They are famous for shutting the doors and only allow drive through service. Look out, goodness only knows what you will get in your cup or bag. I mean honestly a coffee shop who can’t keep up with making fresh coffee.“

“The food is good however the toast was cold. We waited almost fifteen minutes to receive our eat-in order. There were three orders ahead of us in line so I don't think they were really that busy unless there was a line at the drive-thru. There was only one register open. Somehow I think drive-thru customers are prioritized as the meter is running on how long a customer sits at the window and they receive a ding from corporate if they exceed the allotted time. The staff is always very polite and friendly.“
