“Super cool little ice cream shop. Ice cream was delicious. Very neat atmosphere on the inside. My kids loved the train that circled around the roof. They also loved all the giant cow decor inside. The manager came around while we ate our ice cream and asked how it was. Definitely recommend for a cozy neat experience in the heart of downtown New Bern.“

“It has been a year since we last ate here. We refused to eat at a restaurant where they charge you 50 cents for a tiny side of salsa. That is poor customer service. We decided to try them again, and again was extra charged for items and a lack of willingness to compensate for a server’s error in taking the order! Tiffany charged $3 for toast on my wife’s order, even after we said that my wife would instead just eat the toast which came with my order as I wanted a waffle. Once it was brought to their attention, they still refused to take off the extra $3 charge. These smoke and mirrors tactics to make sales is bad form and poor business practice.“

“So I only recommend Panera Bread because they have pretty good food and the team leader Dee-Dee has excellent customer service. I almost walked out today without ordering anything but she saved the day! ***However, the manager there is rude. They forgot a sandwich on Friday from a rather large order and they said they would write our name and number down and we could pick it up anytime. I went in today and placed an order for about $50 and then I asked for the sandwich to which the manager replied, “well if you don’t remember who you spoke to a week ago I don’t know what you want me to do.” Well first it wasn’t a week ago 👀 and secondly sir while I’m away training in the military and the first place I eat is Panera bread when I return to the USA the least you could do is replace my sandwich that YOU forgot. You have now wasted my time, gas, and money! Make Ms. Dee-Dee the manager the rating on this place would be higher.“
