Went to Paula’s on 7/10/26. Ordered medium pizza and was told that were out of medium so we would have to get a large with higher price. We could hear others ordering and everything had a up charge. To put icing on the cake they told us we had to pay 3 percent for credit card. We have always loved Paula’s but greed will keep us from coming back

NO ONE IN THE RESTAURANT A… AND STILL NO FOR READY AFTER 20MIN CALL IN ORDER!! POORLY RAN AND ORDER WHO GOSSIPS WITH STAFF INSTEAD OF MANAGING!!!! ~SAD
