Owner is super friendly, takes great pride in their product and the experience. She's also on the board for the state distillers association and actively trying to promote the business.
They participate in Harvest Host, and is an excellent choice for a friendly stopover for those on the road.“

“A hidden gem. It is not a sit in restaurant but the food is excellent. I love their desserts. My personal favorite is their livermush sandwich with slaw, onions and mustard. I dare you to try it. How do you all make the livermush so crispy. I can't do that at home without burning it.“

“Ordered the 6oz filet with fries and chicken wings.
There is no picture of the wings. They were so good they dissappear before I could get a picture.
My son took me out for lunch to celebrate his Black Belt ceremony.
My steak tasted really good, and had it been cooked to order, it would have been awesome.
My regret is not sending it back because I ordered medium rare, and I get medium well, and that disappointed me.
I wonder if someone received my steak or did the chef just overcook it.“

“My mother in law and her boyfriend brought my husband and I here right after we got married 😂 so, I may be biased because now it holds a special place in my heart. But, the food was good and the service was fast. I really had no complaints. They have a kids menu so my daughter was able to get her normal chicken and fries.

“My husband and I are “foodies” and we absolutely LOVE the Vintage House in Hickory. We would rank this restaurant as one of the top in NC. Every appetizer, entree, and dessert are delicious and beautifully plated. The atmosphere is upscale without being stuffy. Prices are in line with the food and service received. All staff are excellent, and we particularly appreciate the warm welcome we always receive from Jack. We are very thankful to have such an excellent restaurant in our hometown!“

“Met my boyfriend for our first date here 3 years ago. Just recently moved back to this area, was looking for a chill coffee spot. Went here once by myself. Neat spot, good atmosphere. We sat inside. The cashier stared at us the whole time and asked us to hurry. They told us we had a limit of an hour inside. We didn't question it and left. This was 3 years ago. Could of been my new favorite coffee spot. Have not and will not be back.“

The ambiance was casual, family oriented, and food was very yummy, service by a young, pretty and efficient Cami, the reasonable prices made an amazing lunch!
I told my husband that I wished this restaurant was in our neighborhood.

“There is a barista at this store named Lucas who changed my life. I know that it sounds silly but I just lost my mother and his kind words and exceptional customer service made me feel a lot better, I really needed that. What I did not need was the female barista, Kayla, to berate me and laugh in my face. Apparently servicing a grieving customer is “standing around talking” to her. I also saw her yell at Lucas for no apparent reason while he was working and she was on “break” I haven’t seen Lucas at the store in a while and I hope that girls mean words don’t have anything to do with it! -ML“

“We love Hardee’s, but we were very disappointed on our last visit, we ordered 10 piece chicken tenders, we got home and we had very small pieces. We called the store and the employee stated that they decided to fry up some end pieces. Very disappointed, not enough to serve the 2 of us, thank you .“

“Domino's Pizza is amazing. They offer a wide variety of pizzas with fresh toppings and delicious crust options. The ordering process is easy, and delivery is usually quick.
