“We've ordered from our local Subway several times and have always had a pleasant experience, but this one showed their wonderful customer service and we had to share! When we picked up, we didn't notice there was an item missing until after we arrived back home and finally sat down to eat - which was a solid hour after pickup. When we called, the individual that had prepared our order immediately recognized that she did not prepare the missing item and, without hesitation, they prepared it and delivered it to us right away. Thank you for your kindness - from Norwood Campground!!!“

“Went for my mom's birthday and our waitress went over the top with our desires. My wife can't eat lettuce but still wanted a salad and our waitress mentioned that she could make one for her with no lettuce and my wife was very happy. All food was good and fresh even since we arrived at 1 and buffet was over at 130.. All the pizzas on bar were fresh and hot. Not old at all.“

“I love taco bell and this specific location stands out to me merely based off the customer service. I came in the other day and was absolutely struggling to figure out what I wanted. I was helped by an employee named Yazmine. She had such a phenomenal grasp on customer service and hospitality. She helped me figure out what I wanted and I left with a smile on my face and a full stomach. I will definitely take the extra 20 minute drive to this location solely based off the customer service and quality of food I was served by her!“

I have never had a bad sub at any other location and the service was not the best either. I was talking in Walmart with someone and they said they had same experience. However I can say, this was the first time I had been since COVID. downgrades on quality? And we know that service hadn’t been good since COVID at several places. Another problem with albemarle location, parking lot too small“
