“This is the only donut shop in the triad with unpretentious, classic donuts that never go wrong. I never taste bad oil or chemically flavours, only fresh yeasted donuts. I don't like cakey donuts or overly glazed super sweet styles so they have flavors that work well for everyone in my family. Our family fav is always the apple fritter and the classic old fashioned, or even the chocolate glazed. Always a great treat and I will absolutely drive 20 minutes out of my way to get the only donuts worth driving for.“

“My daughter pre-ordered at the Kernersville location. She went to pick up her order and was told they've sold out. The money and her points were taken from her account. I called the Bridford location in error. I got Anthony, the manager on the phone. He was very polite and understanding and offered to make my daughter's order. This is amazing customer service! We won't be going back to the Kernersville location. They need a class in customer service. Niceness and making it right speaks volume.

“I have to come leave a message every time I’m lucky enough to get an item from here! We live about 45 minutes away but my daughter in law works nearby so for all of our birthday she treats us with a cupcake from here. Thankfully my birthday was yesterday so I’m enjoying a delicious birthday cupcake right now! Cupcakes are not an item I ever chose to order or eat HOWEVER, when it comes from here, I can’t resist! Something about the cake/icing flavor combos are unmatched!!!!!! I recommend this place to ANY that is wanting to enjoy a treat, give someone the most perfect gift or buy a bunch to impress the coworkers! You will not go wrong! I can’t say enough! Oh and to top it off customer service is top notch! 🤣🤣“

“Visited with my son after taking him to urgent care. Staff was friendly, all items were in stock (we got one of every weekly item) and everything was good. Lost one star because the screens for ordering were so filthy. There should be a schedule for sanitizing them at least every hour.“

“I really can't say enough about Bánh Mì Saigon in Greensboro, NC. The Bánh Mì are simply exquisite. House made baguette, pate, pork roll and other meats, veggies and Nước chấm sauce make for one of the world's greatest sandwiches. My favorites are the #1 and #2 Bánh Mì, but I'm making an attempt to try every single version of this fabulous concoction on their menu, and there are many versions. Also, don't be afraid to try their other specialties, like Cha Lua (Vietnamese Pork Roll) and the spring rolls are also excellent. Honestly, nothing's better for lunch or an afternoon snack than a Bánh Mì and a Vietnamese Iced Coffee (the large size please!). Service is fantastic. Prices are crazy good. Also, I've never been a fan of bubble tea, but theirs is actually pretty good. My ONLY complaint is that their hours are a bit limited (closes at 6pm), but that's OK. They work hard to make these ridiculously good sandwiches.“

“Nice cakes. Basically a cake place like for birthday parties. But I was very disappointed Because I was hoping that they were going to have A window display of delicious tasting desserts.
But all they have are cakes... I think I got spoiled in miami with the cuban bakeries that have such A delicious variety of cakes and desserts.
