“This little shop has everything you can imagine, the menu has a bit of everything. We ordered a cheese pizza, chicken parmesan, jalapeno poppers and salad. Everything tastes amazing, the owner/employee was so sweet and nice. Absolutely recommend.

“The customer service is excellent. I had high hopes for the food, but was disappointed. I worked at an Italian restaurant growing up and have spent a lot of time in Italy. I wasn’t expecting authentic. In my opinion the crust lacked flavor, was tough and was undercooked in the center. A big turnoff for me was the sausage, it was white/gray in color and sliced like pepperoni. I thought this pizza was extra heavy on grease content. I would probably not return.“

“Last minute called in for a Pep Pizza and I must say this has been the most comparable NY Pizza I had and I’m born and raised in Long Island! Sauce and cheese ratio was perfect and the crust was crispy. They got it right. Absolutely will be ordering again. And receptionist was very friendly. “Amazing Philly Steak and cheese lunch with large French fries and free drink. Love the lunch special...around $ 11.00 and it was fresh and hot and giant portion. Service was friendly and helpful. Not really crowded at lunch on Wednesay at 12:00. And service was quick and dining room was large and clean. Plenty of parking. Building and signage is a bit older and kind of old school but do not let the outside stop you from going inside and enjoying a large menu. Dine in and carry out. “Ordered delivery. Pizza was good for the money. Large three item pizza. Bacon, pepperoni, and sausage. A little problem with the app saying there was an error after ordering. Called and no problem. Took a little longer for delivery because the app knew what hotel I was in and showed the address. I had to add the hotel name. For some reason the driver’s gps took him to the address but it wasn’t the entry to the Embassy so he showed up stopped down the roadway. But eventually he got here.“

The entire staff is friendly & aims for the ultimate customer experience .The bus staff works hard to clear the tables and keep the floors clean .The bathrooms are always kept clean also. And their pizzas & buffet bars never disappoints. The food is always fresh & good .Plus they have a nice arcade area set up to entertain the kids . “This place is nice and welcoming- the employees are very friendly. I ordered cheese pizza for my kids- they will make it the way you want. I asked them to make my pizza separate so it doesn’t come in contact with any meat- they did a great job.
Highly recommended and i will definitely be trying a different pizza next time.
They also have gluten free dough.
They just need little more cleaning inside and out.

“The Loop serves as a great midweek light meal option when I don't feel like cooking, but the whole family can't decide on the same take-out option.

With that being said, I do NOT recommend drinking the water here. Something is definitely not quite right. It tastes like melting plastic every single time.

We Shaq-a-roni.. we were missing some items, it was completely the door dashers fault, she admitted forgetting them, went back to her car then speed off without coming back to our door. We have a ring bell… so now we are missing wings and 5 cheese sauces.. so I call the store. DYLAN was AMAZING!! Explains my cheese sauces were in another box that I did receive!! And explained he had problems with the dasher driver earlier in the evening.. the pizza is delicious!!! And Dylan refunded the item I was missing, but also offered to remake it and have it resent as well as a future credit with the store. He did what I asked with kindness and willingness to make it right!! If it weren’t for how good the pizza is and Dylan I wouldn’t have became a returning customer tonight!“
