“Went for the first time in months because I rarely have a good experience here, especially during the day….however, my food tonight (pulled pork bbq frisco burger & an apple turnover) was the best I’ve had from there in a very long time. I wish I had my receipt to take the survey but I’ll just leave a review here. I even called and told the worker how satisfied I was. And the drive thru worker was very friendly. Hopefully the next time I go, the food will be as good as it was tonight.“
“Revisited this place a few days ago. Love this particular subway the most. I feel bad saying "old lady" cause I'm terrible with names but she worked here when I was in high school 15 years ago and I loved seeing her then, and she's the same cheerful loving woman now.“

“I ordered in the drive thru and the cashier was very nice and helpful. He had to do both run the register and hand out food/make drinks. He was in a good mood about it too. Even told me has was having a great day. The only thing I would say is more fries in the medium. It was an hour to closing and the batch might have been low I'm just saying. ?It was a good experience don't get me wrong.“

“Went through the drive thru around 9:20pm tonight. Placed my order for a salad and was informed that they were not accepting credit cards tonight. They were taking cash only orders and must have exact change! All I had was a $20o on me. I handed the $20 to drive thru and they looked confused. My order was for $8.85
So I searched through my loose change and only had quarters. I handed her $1.00 worth of quarters. I told the cashier not to worry about the 15 cents if she didn't have it. I was asked to pull up and they would bring me my change and my salad in few minutes. They brought my salad and my money in bills minus the 15 cents. Not sure why they weren't accepting credit or debit cards; Only exact change. An explanation would have helped or a credit given for future visit. It's 2am in the morning and I'm still somewhat annoyed by the inconvenience. But I know sometimes things happen that we can't control. Seems like drive thrus in general are not what they used to be. They keep getting slower or ask you to pull up and wait for your order. If they get your order correct, considered it your lucky day. I've waited as long as 27 minutes for a drive thru order. (Not at Wendy's, but McDonald's) That is unacceptable. Not to mention the outrageous cost of the food that's not even hot by this time and the fries are not hot or salted. Thought technology made things easier and more efficient. And the employees complain they deserve more money? If they can't speed up service at drive thrus and get orders correct, why should they make more money? Just some of my thoughts and wondering if anyone else out there is unhappy with the quality and decline of service at drive thrus.“

“Hello all. This Chic Fil A has been absolutely amazing today. My truck stalled out on me today in the drive through and the staff was extremely kind and quick acting. They helped push my truck to an area where we could let it sit until my father came to my aid. The staff was so sweet and didn’t rush my kids and I to move the truck into a parking spot. When my father arrived, we had 4 men come out and help push while my dad steered. Thank you to all those who were involved and spent their time helping a mother who knows nothing about vehicles. The man who helped us the most also brought ice cream cones out to my young daughters. I mean, how sweet is that!? Thank you all again for your warm hearts. The world needs more of you. ❤️“

“I just went through the drive thru for breakfast and Emmy took my order. I thought we had a complicated one because my husband just wanted egg whites. She knew exactly how to ring up the order and did it quickly. She greeted me with a smile and was so polite. Emmy is the model of a great Chick-fil-A employee. Love this location and the wonderful employees. Food was amazing. Couldn’t ask for a better experience. Thanks CFA of King!“

We live in Winston, and the stanleyville Taco Bell would have been much closer, but I haven't been back to that one in almost a year!
