“Everyone in this restaurant are the most wonderful people you could ever have an interaction with. Every single employee. My subs have to be made a special way because of my autistic son. I'm there every Friday and his subs are always made perfectly. They get started on them as soon as I walk inside and at times before I've made it out of the parking lot. Delicious food and the sweetest employees. This place is a win every time.“

“Just way too expensive just like everything today $29 for two sandwiches two bags of chips and two drinks I go going to Golden corral got all I can eat for less than that. The note here was for weeks before or months before but yesterday's visit to zacky's just piss poor attitude I tell you they're closing down no matter where you turn around but the people's attitude yesterday just hold drum just taking care less about come back again or thanks for your order or nothing they're just their attitude there is not very well at the drive-thru“

“I had a good experience at Robertson’s Sandwich Shop. I ordered a cook-to-order burger and a drink for under $10, which was a great value. The burger was well-prepared, hot, fresh, and delicious, and the customer service was good.
My only disappointment was that there was no dine-in option. There were plenty of tables and seating available, but the area was blocked off and customers were not allowed to sit and eat. I really wish I could have enjoyed my freshly cooked burger right there while it was still piping hot instead of having to take it to go.
Other than that, good food, good service, and a great price. I’d definitely return, hopefully dine-in seating will be available in the future! ⭐⭐⭐⭐“

“The food is always fresh. However, today 10/12/25 when I got my favorite sub home ( the the big kahuna Philly cheese) it had a very long hair wrapped in the paper and on my sandwich. Please make your food specialist wear head gear. I live too far to bring it back!“

“My favorite Subway in the city. Staff is very friendly and helpful. It can get very busy at peak times since it's attached to the Amtrak Station so take this into account when you go to order. I come here regularly and never have an issue that cannot be resolved by having a little patience and manners.“

“We have had the most delicious experiences at the Jimmy Johns in at the Florence, S. C. and the Lumberton, N. C. locations. The sandwiches were so packed with meat we almost couldn't finish them; the breads were absolutely fresh; and most of all the employees were very friendly and fast to serve. Best food e-v-e-r !!!“

“The food was great and the staff was super friendly. I come to the North post location often because they are the best on the base. I got the Bacon 3 cheese add bbq sauce and ultimate fries. The food was so delicious and fresh.
Kid-friendliness: They have more options for my kids. I have picky eaters and they actually eat all of their food here. They have the little Cali and the chicken strips.“

“The staff are always kind, courteous, and positive. They greet everyone that comes in. The lunch rush usually has a line to the door but get you in and out. Even at the end of the line I was there maybe 10 min. They got the sandwich making down to a science.“
