“The staff are always kind, courteous, and positive. They greet everyone that comes in. The lunch rush usually has a line to the door but get you in and out. Even at the end of the line I was there maybe 10 min. They got the sandwich making down to a science.“

“Listen someone needs to know about James. His customer service is A1. He’s smiling he’s very patient and informative. He took the time to let me know about the app and the scan Bar at the bottom of the receipt. I even observed to see how he would treat the customer behind me and he didn’t disappoint. She had never been there so he gave her samples so that she would pick something she liked, explained the menu and told her about the app and gave her some kind of brochure. He again was just as nice to the customer after her. He is such a breath of fresh air and I will look for him when I return. The other cashier was nice too. Not sure of her name but she wore glasses and has red at the ends of her hair. She was very nice to her customers as well. I don’t mind spending money but I look for great service as a business owner stress this to my employees as well!Class act cleaning professionals if you ever need commercial cleaning ok a shameless plug . “I only go to the restaurant on Ramsey street. The manager and his staff are amazing. Hope Mills use to be out go to until the manager aka son of original owner was rude on several occasions and I have been going there since he was a kid. Trust I will never go back to that location. The one on Owen drive cannot get a order right ever. And the on on skibo is disgusting and takes more than 30 mins to get your food done with me being the only person in there. So want amazing fresh food order always done right and amazing service take the time and drive to go to Ramsey Street location their amazing and is the only one I and my husband go to.“

“This place always serves the best food! No one can beat his prices. The cashier/clerk always places the correct order. I miss dining inside but I'm certain there are reasons. It is still the quickest/best place to grab a sandwich of any kind!!“

“I haven’t been to one of these places in YEARS. I couldn’t remember what I ordered and the guy out front CJ. He helped me with suggestions to get exactly what I ordered the last time. It was incredible. Everybody here does a great job. We need more people like you guys people who just care about their jobs. And make the overall experience better. “This Subway is one of the best Subway's that I have been to in a long time. I went there earlier tonight, and the service was top tier. The two ladies that made me and my daughter subs were very nice and patient with us. They made great suggestions, and our subs were so delicious. I would highly recommend this location and yes, I will be returning. Also, I would like to mention that this is also one of the cleanliest Subway restaurants that I have been in located right here in Fayetteville. This Subway is very deserving of their 100 percent rating with good food and excellent customer service.“

“This review is based on 4-5 visits in the last 4-6 weeks. I get the Club on a Sub on wheat with everything on it, and every time it’s been really good. Restrooms have been stocked. Staff has been friendly and welcoming. Wait times have been minimal as well.“

“Kerstin was amazing! My girlfriend was talking with her about their love of pickles and overall made the experience. The sandwiches came out level (meaning all the meat isn't concealed to one side) unlike every other subway I've been too. This will always be my favorite subway:-)“
