I was very impressed with the staff. Clean and organized and very pleasant and professional. Service was great and quick. Great employees and atmosphere. I ordered a chipotle steak in a wheat wrap and it was delicious and fresh.

“My company called in a large catering order an hour before pick up and the team communicated the challenges, set (and met) my expectation for pick up time, and did it all calm and professionally.
I arrived early to wait for my order to be completed and they were in the middle of a lunch rush. They still completed my order on time, made sure I had everything I needed, and helped all the customers in line. Cool, calm, and professional.
I cannot recommend this location enough!

“I made a large online order ($200+) and I accidentally entered the wrong pick up date. I called the store on 1/20 to let them know of the situation and they were very nice and said they would let the next day's staff know about it. I called the following day and they already were aware of the issue and said they were on top of it. When I picked up the order on 1/21, the staff was incredibly nice and offered to help me take the order to my car.
I just wanted to say that I was blown away by the customer service at this location. Most Jersey Mikes have great service but this was over the top. Thanks again to everyone I interacted with!“

“I'm still relatively new to the Jersey Mike's experience, but this is my 3rd visit (2nd at this location) and these sandwiches are ALWAYS "the best sandwich I have ever eaten!" Staff is super polite, food is great, I have yet to leave unsatisfied!“
“Tried multiple locations. This is the only location I would return to. The staff and GM Caleb are above and beyond. The atmosphere is better and cleaner than other locations in the area. Overall this location is better than all subways. Cold subs better imo. Video review on TikTok.“

“The subs I received here for my family were amazing! If I could give 6 stars I would. Please let the team here know they’re doing an amazing job. I came at 3:30 on Tuesday, May 6th and the subs looked so delicious as they were being made. Slicer put plenty of meat. Sprinkler made the subs so juicy and gorgeous looking, and the cashier was accurate and friendly. The owner should call and thank these guys personally or stop in and give this whole crew a firm handshake and thank you for their hard work. Keep it up guys!“
“I went to subway on my break, but the toppings looked like they had been sitting out since Thanksgiving😂😂 so I decided to eat at Jersey Mikes.
Jerod has great customer service, and made sure that his store was stocked up on fresh toppings.

“I do not live in this area I stopped by before my concert. The moment I walked in I was greeted by extremely friendly faces. I haven’t had this good of an experience at a Jersey mikes ever. The 2 young men that served my father and I were extremely helpful. Nico said that he was training to be a shift lead and I think he deserves a promotion or raise. I am pregnant and can’t have meat without it being heated up, Nico made sure to heat it for me. The Italian sub that I had made was immaculate. I would sell my first born child to eat the sandwich they made me again. Made with love or witchcraft it does not matter it was delicious. I had also noticed they had a display box on the top of the drink fridge and had asked for one. Nico went out of his way even climbed up on a ladder to get me that box. 100/10 and will be back if possible. I’d love for them to cater my wedding, maybe even my funeral.“

“This location has some of the best customer service of any chain I have been to. I usually order online and pickup in store. When I arrive, I am greeted and always given an update on my order. The staff is friendly and helpful and they seem to have great communication with back of house. The food is always ready quickly and to my order.“

“Third time eating from this location and it was GOOD. I had the #8 twice and I had the cheese steak. They NEVER miss at this place. They could smile more and greet you better going through the door. The cheese steak they could add a little more meat but it was still good. Thanks for service me“
