“We've been dedicated Biscuitville patrons for many years but noticed the quality of the food at the three locations we normally stop at, had really gotten bad. We decided to try Biscuit Co., in Ramsuer, NC. It was my first time, though my husband ate there once many, many years ago.
It was BY FAR THE BEST biscuit I've ever eaten at a restaurant. I got the steak, egg, and cheese; while my husband got a sausage biscuit and also a fried bologna biscuit. We both got hashbrowns; he got an orange juice and I got a black coffee.
It took a bit to get the food because they made it all fresh. I'd gladly wait for food that tastes that good. The steak was tender. Seriously, you didn't need teeth to chew it. It was well seasoned also. Nothing like the greasy, styrofoam I've received the past several times I've gone to Biscuitville. In fact, Biscuitville steak had gotten so bad, I just stopped ordering it all together. But this place?? Man.... It was so good!!! The egg was fluffy, and the cheese actually tasted like cheese. The biscuit its self was buttery, flaky, moist, yet stayed perfectly together with every bite.
My husband loved the sausage, and said it tasted like sausage was supposed to taste versus what other places are using these days. He also enjoyed the bologna biscuit as well as it had two pieces of bologna. The coffee was hot and fresh.
Staff was friendly and actually checked the bag to make sure our order was correct and all there, before handing it to us and that's something you don't see at most places. It was very much appreciated!!!
We went through the drive-thru so I can't speak on the ambiance or interior. It's obvious from the outside that it's an old restaurant but it had a 95.5 sanitation grade, so I'm assuming it was clean.
Negatives: the sausage patty was very good, but it was way too small for the size of the biscuits, which are MASSIVE!!! The pictures don't do the size of these biscuits justice.
Hashbrowns were actually tater tots but they were perfectly cooked and tasted good.

We will definitely make this place a habitual stop when we're traveling through the area.“

“Drive thru was great! Service was fast and friendly. We were driving through and decided to do the drive thru for a quick breakfast as we only had an hour left in our trip. Service was exceptional and employee was very nice and all smiles. It was great to see someone happy and cheerful working a drive thru.“

“The first time in a very long time I’ve had excellent service at a drive thru. Idk who is doing the hiring for this location but please keep up the good work. Went at 12am the guy taking the order spoke clear and was very professional. We waited around 8 min for food which I’m fine with if it’s going to be fresh. The staff here need a raise just for being professional about working.“

“This was one of my favorite locations in the late 80's early 90's. Now the decor is super cheap looking with industrial style furniture. They advertise on the marquee buffet every day. The buffet is hit or miss. I went there this past Tuesday and there was nothing on the buffet. I walked in and out. The food is still what you would expect from Pizza Hut. Service is OK, nothing to brag about.“

Parking: They don't have alot of parking in front but you can park on side of the road which isn't that bad cause you are off the road“

“Drive up to dine in and employee with a headset is smoking at the door. See us and tosses the cigarette. The dining room could have used a pass thru to wipe the tables. They could use evening sun shades. Sun glare off the floor is overwhelming.“

But the manager ensured our order was correct, that we had all the sauce, our food was out before i even made my drink, and even came by to throw away our tray when we were finished.
