“So, for the most part, all subways are the same. It’s the customer service that really makes them or breaks them. Today I had the pleasure of being served by Alex. He was polite, professional, and friendly. He didn’t give me special discounts or special treatment. He just did his job and he did it well. He hustled through a 15 minute order in half the time that it normally takes. I was thoroughly impressed with how hard he was working. So again, thank you Alex for an enjoyable and quick experience at Subway.“

“I went today with my boyfriend to get me a sandwich. Kayla was very nice :-) there was some trouble with the other worker as he was unfortunately bothering Miss Kayla. “We've had awesome experiences there, and before this evening I would've given 5 stars for sure. We ordered online to be picked up by us, which we've done before with no issues. Well apparently today someone took our order so we had to wait for fresh stuff. Cool, I appreciate that. I also would've appreciated an actual apology and my order to be completely correct, but I also should've checked before leaving. I didn't expect anything for free, but an apology would've been great, maybe an offer for a drink while we waited, a cookie in the bag, a coupon for next time, something. But again, I wasn't expecting anything except for what I paid for in advance (and tipped on!). There were way too many people behind the counter for orders to be mistakenly taken, and then not even a friendly sincere apology or everything I'd asked for. Definitely will think about spending money here again.

***Update: I felt compelled to change my rating after receiving a personal phone call from Tyler, I believe the general manager. Although we didn't speak, I was very surprised and impressed that he'd even go through the trouble of calling me. That speaks volumes about what type of business they're running, and I appreciate it!“

“Great food & service 👌. The portion size was way off, Wilmington location, buffalo chicken salad melt was perfection. Chicken salad falling out of crescent in Wilmington. The crescent was also burn in Jacksonville. I will return just to see if they get better, cause the chicken is awesome.“

“The best sub I’ve ever had! I got a French dip customized how I wanted it and it was perfect. The way you order is very unique, you select a bag and mark the sandwich and topping you want then hand it to the employees. I was helped by Christa and Erin they were very sweet and helpful!!“

“I rarely leave reviews but I wanna give this guy the recognition he deserves. We came on 9/27 at 6:30 and ordered 3 footlongs through the drive thru and he literally had them ready by the time we got to the window. The sandwiches were well put together and everything we asked for. That takes skills. Had obviously was making them while we were ordering. Anywho, dinner was great!!“
