“I tried the fish sandwich today and it was great. Very crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. The tartar sauce was excellent! Dad had a cheeseburger and said it was delicious, too. The burgers are made fresh. Both buns were toasted nicely. Tonya was very nice and attentive. Prices are fair, food is good, service is wonderful.“

“My wife and I lived in North Wilkesboro for 5 years & have lived about 40 minutes north for the past almost 5 years. On a recent paint run we decided to stop & have an early dinner at Cinder Bistro. Being our 1st time there we didn’t know what to expect. Well let me tell you, we were BLOWN AWAY with the fabulous food, great service & attention to detail that we experienced! The smoked bbq pork, chicken & brisket was among the best we’ve ever had, and the sides were just as delicious! We highly recommend this place and encourage everyone to try it! We’ll be back many times, I guarantee it! 😃“

“I am a longtime customer of Hadley’s. I have been eating there for over 40 years. After the restaurant was sold and closed for a period of time, I really missed the food there. When it reopened, I initially did not return but in the last few months, I have returned found the food is great, much as it always was. They have three waitresses who are awesome. These ladies work together and when food comes out either one of these ladies will get your food and bring it to you. They know how to work together. They often have to bus tables and even have to wash dishes because Hadley’s seems to have trouble keeping a dishwasher. But they do an awesome job waiting tables. The food is still very good with chicken and dumplings my favorite. Chicken tenders, pintos, slaw, country style steak are all very good. Hot dogs and hamburgers are great and fries are hot and crisp. Great cornbread too. I visit at least once a week and the food is great and service is consistently great.“

“Always get the Mushroom Swiss burger and Fun Dip alcoholic drink. Have been a couple of times, and staff is always amazing. Atmosphere is great, constantly have people who will greet you and ask you how you are although you just met, feels like a friendly gathering honestly.“
