“I don’t normally write reviews for restaurants but after visiting Prime, I just had to let others know. First, the restaurant was clean and beautiful inside and out. The staff was friendly and attentive. The line to order was out the door. I guess that should have been my first clue that the service and food was going to be out of this world. They offered cold water to us while we waited in line. This was me and my family’s first time trying this restaurant and they were so patient and answered all our questions on meat and the best options. (Yes, we were those people holding up the line. Sorry!) The young men cutting and preparing the meat were knowledgeable and super nice. I ended up purchasing several items (Brisket, Ribs, House Made Sausage, and Turkey Breast). All I can say is if you are within 100 miles of this place you must make the trip! Your stomach will love you for it!“

“Great little neighborhood deli in N. Raleigh area. Ordered the Grand Gobbler on focaccia (bread was perfect & so fresh) & the potato salad (literally some of the best I’ve ever had). It was all so plentiful & so very good! Place has a very simple, but tasteful menu. Super nice staff working Sabrina & (Dalton brought our food out & spoke) he always does a perfect job on preparing our sandwiches! 🥪 Overall service was great! Definitely a must for a quick lunch stop! Will definitely be back asap!“

“A real winner! We stumbled upon this place after looking for somewhere new to eat since Prime BBQ had closed early. I didn't realize it was a food truck with an open patio and Latin music playing at the back of Prime BBQ. Their Latin cuisine is more Puerto Rican/Cuban style. Meaning the tacos are kind of standalone meals (1 is enough for some, 2 should fill up most people).

I had the Lechon taco which was perfectly juicy tender third of a pound of meat with tangy sauce on a tasty tortilla. I initially also split the queso with chorizo with my husband. He had a respectable Cuban sandwich with phenomenal tostones on the side. Everything was well seasoned and delectable.

After a few minutes to digest we went back for our second round of food. I ordered myself another lechon taco to go (to enjoy the next day, and can confirm it reheats wonderfully), in some of the most delicious crispy on the outside fluffy on the inside churros with chocolate drizzle and sweet perfectly balanced dipping sauce. I normally don't like tostones and prefer sweet plantains exclusively, but a taste of my husband's salty, crispy tostones paired with a perfect dipping sauce made me get my own order for the first time of my life!

I'm very picky about my Latin food as a native New Yorker whose best friend is Mexican, but Primo Latin Cuisine is a definite winner!

“The Depot on First has been open since October 2023 and since then has simply excelled as the only fine dining restaurant in the area. I think much of their success is based on the fact they not only maintain consistency in areas such as attention to detail, exceptional customer service and quality culinary experience, they also continue to evolve and adapt to changing tastes, trends, and customer preferences. I enjoy seeing their ongoing tasting and intimate dining events, of which I will have to attend at some point. Another cornerstone of success for many restaurant's is Authenticity, and this Farm-to-table restaurant continues to prioritize authenticity by sourcing quality ingredients directly from local farms and producers. They don't take any shortcuts when it comes to freshly prepared food to save time which is why I will wait patiently in the elegantly decorated intimate, warm and inviting dining room for my entree upon every visit. No Rush! Just me bring me another perfectly prepared old fashioned. Don't hesitate to step outside of the box and try something new on the menu, I am not a fan of porkchops, but I have become a fan of theirs. This is an environment that will put a smile on your face, Ben and staff are simply exceptional, every visit feels like coming home to dinner. “My husband and I went the other day and loved it! I had a beer slushy that was great. The bartender let me have a sample first. It was so refreshing! My husband had a Pilsner that he enjoyed. The physical facility was very clean. The bartender was so nice and helpful. I also purchased some really cute tee shirts. “Okay local brewing fans in Knightdale, NC and the Triangle area this is a great place to come and wet your whistle and chill. Oak city has a good selection of brews both seasonal and a host of regulars. Sours, ales, lagers and stouts you’re likely to find what you’re craving here. Aside from some nice ac seating inside (which is limited) they have a covered section with picnic tables outdoors and a large grassy area for your camp chairs and the like. They host a lot of different activities here, and the St. Patrick’s Day Shamrock Shuck is a local favorite. Beer, music and oysters galore as long as you buy an oyster ticket ahead of time as they are limited. Staff are great, beer is great, parking behind the brewery and good times galore. Check it out!“
