Super nice staff working Sabrina & (Dalton brought our food out & spoke) he always does a perfect job on preparing our sandwiches! 🥪 Overall service was great! The weather was perfect for an ice cream treat this afternoon and it was quite busy. Jenna was as friendly as could be and she was extremely fast with having to both take orders, take payment and fulfill the orders. Jenna is a rock star and did an excellent job representing Goodberry’s in the very best way.“

The beer selection is fantastic—every brew I tried was top-notch, but the Mjölnir Stout and Ragnar’s Red Ale were absolute standouts. “First, the address on TripAdvisor is not accurate. They have moved. The correct address is on their website. \nEven with the trip downtown and back to the restaurant which as it turned out was only a mile or so from our hotel, it was so worth it. For starters we had the creamy crab soup. It was indeed delicious. I told our server I was tempted to cancel our order and just get another bowl of soup. Fortunately, we didn’t. Our entree was a fried seafood basket consisting of shrimp, oyster’s, and flounder. It came with two sides and we got the hand cut fries and coleslaw. We also ordered a half order of hush puppies that came with honey butter. Everything was delicious. Cooked perfectly. The only thing we didn’t eat all of was the fries because there was a bunch of them. The half order of hush puppies was about a dozen and we brought a few home. They were indeed great. \nHighly recommend this place.“

They really care about their clientele, my wife and I come by when we have a chance to enjoy a date day, and we had a chance to meet the brew master on one of the off peak days. He was extremely excited to show us his current stock and his passion for the product. Their brewing process is extremely clean and well thought through, as well being passionate about the beers they brew. We now come by as family (incredibly family friendly during the day) to enjoy some great food and good conversations. Honestly, my top brewery in the area! Food is also great and well priced, recommend 10/10 to families during the day and 10/10 for craft brew snobs like myself! See you there!“

“Update 10-2024 The drive thru line is literally the most efficient/fast fast food line I've ever seen. The line can be out to the road and I've been thru in 10 minutes. My orders are almost always perfectly made, at the right temperature, and flavorful, even when they are large group orders.
10-2018 As always, great service, food exactly as expected. Noisy with lots of little kids having fun, but again - that's what's expected. Best of the best of fast food chains. They can clear a massive queue in the drive-thru line in no time flat, and the curbside pickup with the app is awesome“

“Tried this place first time today. Food was awesome. Got the steak hibachi and wife got the vegetable hibachi . Also got the spring rolls which were super hot and great. Both plates were great and nice and hot with great flavor. Rice was nice and fluffy not a ball stuck together. Great place for hibachi and Owner is a super nice guy. Will be back soon.“

“I stopped by this Zaxby’s after a few months away, and overall the experience was still reliably good. The food quality has remained consistent across my visits — my order was correct, served at the right temperature, and presented well, which is something I’ve come to expect from this location. The staff continues to be polite and professional. I wouldn’t call the service exceptional, but it’s consistently acceptable, and everyone stays busy and engaged in their work.

The restaurant was clean throughout my visit. I was there for over an hour catching up with a friend, and the drink station stayed clean the entire time. I also noticed team members wiping down tables whenever they weren’t taking orders, which is always a good sign of solid day‑to‑day upkeep.

There have been a few changes since my last visit. The drive‑thru setup outside has been improved, and traffic flows much better now. Parking has also been adjusted so cars in the drive‑thru aren’t blocking people trying to park. Inside, the seating area has been reworked and brightened up with fresh paint, giving it a nicer overall feel. The only downside was noticing a few cosmetic shortcuts — the booth I sat near had old holes and anchors that were simply painted over instead of properly patched. That feels more like an issue with whoever handled the remodel rather than Zaxby’s itself, but it did stand out. I was also disappointed to see that the Coke Freestyle machine is no longer at the drink station, since that was always a nice perk.

Even with those small misses, this is still a good place to grab a meal and catch up with friends, and I’ll definitely be back again soon.“
