“On Saturday, March 8, we picked up our to go order. It was the family style lasagna, chicken alfredo, salad, and breadsticks. We received what I thought was the entire order but once we got home, the chicken was missing from the Alfredo. The noodles and sauce are packaged separately so I opened the sauce hoping the chicken was in the sauce but it was not. I called the Salisbury location and was directed to a manager who was apologetic and asked for my email address. As I was giving it to her, another manager told her they verified the chicken was in the pan. I will be honest, I am not going to argue over chicken. They made a mistake. I am writing this review to tell you to check your family style orders. It is a pain to take the lid off and make sure everything is there but do it anyway just for your piece of mind. Otherwise, when you call back, they are not going to help you. I understand so many people try to be dishonest. However, I am not one of those people.“

Parking: Plenty of parking throughout, but the entry to the parking lot can seem a bit odd because it joins to the parking lot of a shopping center“

“Had a great experience this is the 2nd visit to this location. Had a manager Michael Boiling and the gentleman that took my order Tom, I believe he was new come by while cleaning the dining room and ask me if they could get me anything else. At that point I was able out of drink so they gladly took my cup and got me a refill. Also made an effort when I went to take my tray the manager met me 1/2 way and took it for me. Definitely beyond standard service, I would highly recommend this establish and its employees.“
