“What you would expect from Burger King. Good food at a fair price.I want to give a special shout out to the young man working the drive-thru at around 10pm. He displayed excellent customer service and communication skills. Courteous, excellent communication, enunciation. Testing for acceptance, paraphrasing and all the other skills that should be performed in a customer service role were exhibited by this young man. Great training.“
“Older women working the drive-through window was rude. Don't know why she was. Maybe she was having a bad night, and I don't care to go into specifics. It was about 8:20 PM March the 5th. Otherwise, there are no problems with the food, and we usually don't have a problem at this location.“
