“The service tonight was exceptional. We haven’t been in a while and I do not remember the staff being as attentive as they were tonight. We ordered 2 combo plates which came out quick, the young man brought them to our table. The young man and several others checked up on us throughout our meal. Customer service was better than most sit down establishments in town.“

“Your Spicy Southwest chicken salad used to be great in quality and quality. But recently you have shrunk them in size and they don’t fill me up anymore. What are you doing? Will you make them bigger again at some point? I sure hope so.“

I’d give this shift 10 out of 10. And no, I don’t know anyone working there, nor I go there weekly or often.“

“We pull thru the drive thru once every now and then for a chicken dinner or lunch and every time we do, we always say how much we love the food quality but more importantly, how friendly and kind the team members that work there come across. Today was no different. I pulled thru at about 11am to pick up a lunch for our family gathering. The manager, Bruno, took such good care of us, we had special requests and he went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. It's so nice to see that they have a manager at the helm that genuinely cares about the customer experience and it's obvious why we consistently have had a great experience with the entire staff at this Popeyes.“
