“One thing I’ve always found at this McDonald’s is that they have friendly and helpful people. Generally, everyone is smiling, and provides good service. As per normal with McDonald’s, the food is what it is, but it is always hot at this location.“

“Excellent service and amazing food! I ordered on-line and inadvertently selected the wrong location. I called that location to cancel the order and was told they couldn’t help me with the refund. I assumed I would spend the next several days in a battle to get my money back. When I arrived at the Southern Pines location, Jason T volunteered to help me get my refund. He went above and beyond!
