“Getting ice cream is, which is almost never, when you do the mcflurrys are 4 bucks yet they only give you maybe at most a half of a small cup with some toppings sprinkled on the top. No frappe's and food is thrown together. I got a big Mac and it had 2pcs of shredded lettuce and looked like dirt in the bun. Definitely disappointed!“
“I know this McDonald's gets a bad name but it is the better of 2 evils. The McDonald's at Cleveland mall always gives me cold fries and rude employees. This is the best McDonald's in Shelby NC. If one should be removed it is the one at the mall.“
“Was during snow storm.. only had (from what I could see was ) 2 employees working.. n boy were they killing it!! Service was fast, easy, accurate, affordable and CLEAN!!! Ladies were SUPER friendly! Courteous! My only regret was not getting their names; because those 2 deserve recognition for their service, especially considering the situation.. and yes, I tipped those ladies!!! Yaw, please bring back patronage n acknowledgement for our FAST FOOD, SERVICE WORKERS!!! tip your service worker!! Even if it's a simple compliment!! Customer service, especially fast food, are NOT "easy" jobs.. ppl are rude, disrespectful,.. just please? Learn to honor and acknowledge them as well for THEIR services!
