“Had a mobile order & also had a <$4 store voucher card from a previous visit to Denver where I ordered something and they ran out before filling my order.

I opted to use it today, when it was scanned it triggered as if it hadn’t been activated. I let Jose know I would be happy to pay for my item myself instead (no biggie, I had the card and figured I wouldn’t waste it.) Jose was very kind and friendly and said “No worries, we will take care of it! After all you did get it for a reason.”

“Guys please suspend the “on the go” option on the Dunkin app for your location. If you’re not going to have the lobby open for pick up, waiting in a line of 20 cars defeats the purpose of ordering ahead. P.S. I still love you and hope service gets figured out soon.“

“I was there today around 4:00 and a customer refused to put her mask on. She was given a mask because she didn’t wear one in. Then she refused to put it on after one customer and three employees asked her to do so. I’m unsure how it played out after I left but consider not taking the order of a person not wearing a mask if your policy is you must wear a mask to enter your store“

“I live in North Carolina Charlotte I go to eat there because of the atmosphere the people there are very nice it's relaxing and the food tastes great I can't drive but when someone wants to know where to eat I tell them milk bread and we go out there and it is not disappointing they give you the best of them and you leave their smiling full and take out.
