“Taste of Catawba is always adding new menu items and they're baked fresh and taste great. My favorite is the chicken salad on a bagel with lettuce and tomato. Can't go wrong! Go support this local business, if you get time!“

“This is the Starbucks I frequent and I always have a wonderful experience. The staff make an effort to connect with you and learn their regular customers names which I find very endearing. I always love seeing Mary, Ayden & Taylor to name a few of the employees here but everybody is always so welcoming and this location has excellent baristas!“

“What a cute coffee shop. We stopped there after the park today and we were pleasantly surprised how good the coffee tasted. It was pretty empty at the time we visited and received excellent service right away.My coffee came with the cutest design and it certainly brightened up my day.“

“Ive been coming here since this place opened I think 20 years ago or more? There's just something about this location in particular that I love and always keeps me coming back to this specific location no matter what. The people are more friendly, they make better coffee, the inside and outside setting is exactly what you want. I always look forward to my coffee in the morning when I can come and it's the best when Shomonique is working. She makes it the best and always greets me when I come in. Definitely my favorite place to get coffee!!“
“Anniyah was super awesome in helping me with my order. She was very friendly, helpful and she knew how to build rapport. I’m in customer service and building rapport is important. I would visit this Starbucks inside Harris Teeter on 4701 Smith Farms Rd more often if I knew the days Anniyah would be there. You need more people like her and she deserves a raise.“

“I have been coming to this place for almost 20 years and I can honestly say this is the best place to get a bagel. Not only do they have begals, But they have a laundry list of other fantastic foods as well. Mariela is so friendly and always making my vibe/day better. She is truly amazing. “I was helped by "Jilli".... Just plain coffee and I asked for a splash of cream, I didn't even leave a tip this time. Noticed when I got in the car she had written, "you are loved" with a little heart on the rim of the lid. How sweet!“
“I was there today around 4:00 and a customer refused to put her mask on. She was given a mask because she didn’t wear one in. Then she refused to put it on after one customer and three employees asked her to do so. I’m unsure how it played out after I left but consider not taking the order of a person not wearing a mask if your policy is you must wear a mask to enter your store“

“Service is inconsistent - beware. The weekday experience is spot on 10 times out of 10.. The weekend? Not so much. Proceed with caution. I just received a caramel macchiato that tastes like a double shot dark roast. I ordered ahead in the app and it still took another 20 minutes to receive the double shot dark roast. 😑“

“Our orders are always correct, the staff welcomes us with a greeting and smile and this location is always clean! They’re very well staffed and quick to fill our order. Plenty of seating inside with some outdoor seating I can’t wait to experience as the weather warms up. Great location to get caught up on emails or school work.“
