“I cannot say enough within this review to express how excellent Benny’s is. Firstly, the atmosphere is capturing from the exterior in. A beautiful, classic pizzeria with luxury table tops, stained glass fixtures, rustic wood floors and brick walls that provides an elegant yet warm feel throughout the dining experience. The service and hospitality were superb; every interaction from the host, bartender, server, and manager allowed me to feel welcomed and accommodated. Each member went above and beyond for my friend’s engagement celebration. We were greeted promptly and generously. I met the manager, Drew, and my server, Lauren, who were both fantastic. Lauren made us the best cocktails. She even juiced real apples to make the most phenomenal drink I have ever had. We ordered a pizza and Strombolis, which were all fantastic. They both came with a fresh salad and warm, crispy fries. We ended our experience with gelato, and even though our bellies were so full and happy, I don't think we could ever go back without getting the gelato for dessert. Everything was clean, beautiful, and tasty—just perfection. If you want a fun evening with exquisite food, friendly service, as well as a memorable experience, Benny’s is the place to go. Definitely a 10/10 all the way around and one of the best places in Wilmington to dine. Amazing for a celebration with friends and family or just a date night. Highly recommend!”

This place is incredible with all homemade and local ice cream including gluten free options. The waffles bowls, ice cream and milkshakes were all so delicious! “I’ve loved Saltfish on CB for years, but the new owners have really kicked it up to a whole new level. I hate to make it more difficult to get a reservation in this cute little tiki bar, but I gotta sing their praises. The service and food have gone from ‘really good’ to ‘omg I’m gonna dream about this meal forever’. I’m currently obsessed with their scallops- they’re served with a stunning curry sauce, fragrant rice, fresh citrus slaw, and Maduros. It’s a beautiful meal and perfectly executed every time. Last night we got the coconut shrimp app, the scallops and their chicken katsu, and then finished it off with their homemade rum cake with candied pineapple and fresh whipped cream. Everything was just incredible. They’re staffed better than they used to be- service is quick and friendly. Expansive menu of tiki drinks. Definitely recommend reservations even in the off season- it’s a tiny spot with limited seating. 10000/10 definitely recommend this little gem.”

“This Crumbl location in Wilmington NC is supreme. I go nearly every week and the cookies always look like the website. The wait is never too long. Sometimes the popular ones sell out some days especially on Saturdays so try to get there earlier.”

“A special place! They have steak and salad but I say try something more interesting. We got many seafood dishes and some Italian fare. Every bite was absolutely excellent. For me, the appetizers were my favorite part. Relaxed atmosphere but still exceptional service you expect with fine dining. When you take a bite of the rigatoni, all your troubles will melt away and you’re a small happy child once more. We celebrated a birthday and the desert was on the house. Classy. Btw no matter how full you are DO NOT pass on the salted caramel panna cotta. Every one needs to taste it. Apparently in the late afternoon reservations can be snagged from parties who canceled. We made a reservation ourselves a month in advance. Worth it.”

“we had the pleasure of eating at Junction 421 this evening for a pre-Valentines dinner date I had the steak with mashed potatoes, asparagus, spears, and crab meat and topped with a delicious Bernese sauce . Michael had shrimp and grits and we had a nice, romantic dinner. Evan was our server and he treated us like we were VIPs. Highly recommend this restaurant is so close to our home.”

“I can say that this coffee shop is a must for coffee lovers! Great staff, great owners, great coffee. You feel part of the Bald Head Coffee and Tea House family when you walk in the door. The atmosphere is cozy and nice, certainly my absolute favorite go-to spot as a local (16 miles round trip daily with my Golden Retriever). My dog gets spoiled just as much as I do. A tasty pup cup with a peanut butter/oatmeal cookie that is locally made, topping it. The pup cookies are sold there as well as many wonderful bakery items and sandwiches, locally made sourdough bread, teas and coffees and much more… I enjoy the outdoor patio which is perfect when the weather’s nice and dogs are welcome. Hands down, my favorite!”

“We have been to Sugo multiple times. Each and every time our visit was fabulous! From the hostess desk, to the servers, to the managers the service has been top notch. They truly make you feel welcome.
We love the bacon appetizer and the carpaccio of beef. Both are delicious.
We have enjoyed the veal and pasta dishes. They are all very good. For us though, the star dishes are the steaks. The skirt steak and the filet mignon with sauces are excellent. The porterhouse for two was better than the last steak we had at Peter Luger. Each time the steaks were cooked exactly as ordered. Every steak we have had here has been outstanding! You can’t go wrong with any of the side dishes as well.
The sides we have tried have been delicious!
We always look forward to our next visit. Even the sunsets have been beautiful. They have a great view!
