“You'd drive right by if you didn't know it was there, but I'm really glad that it came up when looking for places to eat in Spruce Pine. The young lady who was seemingly handling every table in the place as well as the bar was great! She was kind and attentive and added to the experience. The atmosphere is very cool and makes it feel like a dive joint or like you're eating out of the back of an old barn or something. The food was great. We had a group of 6 adults and everyone was very happy with what they got.“
“The Dispensary is a fantastic spot! I truly enjoyed listening to the live music on Friday night. I wasn't sure what I wanted to sip on that night. Barbara was so kind and let me pick a drink from her cocktail book. The drink was so tasty and exactly what I was hoping for. The atmosphere is quaint and cozy.“
