“Cafe Ahora really takes care of their customers. Their location on Hwy 17 was closed this evening but they’d neglected to lock the door and I walked right in, desperate for a shaken espresso. I had spent almost 3 days in the hospital without coffee and really wanted a shaken espresso before I went home. But I hate being “that person”, so I apologized, and tried to leave. But the lovely couple insisted I was not imposing and proceeded to make the best shaken espresso (breve, because that’s my jam!) I’ve ever had. Thanks, guys. For making my entire day. I already love your Midway location, and now, I’ll be sure to frequent your Hwy 17 location, too!“

“For people complaining about the music being loud it’s part of the happy and positive atmosphere that 7brew is about so if you don’t like go somewhere else. Me and my husband love going to 7 brew! The drinks are yummy, people are friendly and service is quick! we go soo often that we get recognized and it’s great that the employees remember us! we met Peyton when this location opened and she has been wonderful!“

“Shallotte NC Starbucks ... another unhappy experience. After my wife and I paid top dollar for her caramel macchiato, my dark roast with two shots, and a bacon egg gouda to "eat in" our morning turned into "help" ... We received our bacon egg gouda in about four minutes. I received my luke warm dark roast with two shots in about eight minutes. I returned it ... only to receive another luke warm dark roast with two shots. I surrendered and drank it. Meanwhile, twenty minutes later my wife was still waiting for her caramel macchiato. We reminded the barrista ... and five minutes later my wife got her caramel macchiato. It was less than average on the taste report card. The point is we pay $$$$$ to eat our food order with our ordered coffee. They weren't even busy ... To top it off when I calmly pointed out to the barrista their failings that morning, she pushed back with excuse after excuse after excuse. She was terse. This is not the first time this has happened at the Shallotte NC StarBucks (we lost count) but it will be our last. The owner, the manager, and the crew, need customer service training and accountability. BTW I didn't mention the "pushback artist's name" because I don't want anyone fired or reprimanded ... I just wish these people would care. Dissapointed Again ":^(“
