“Stumbled upon White Moon whilst visiting Sylva. I had a lavender cold brew and it was totally perfect + a moon bowl which was substantial and such quality ingredients. Plus the atmosphere and lovely staff are such a vibe. Will definitely be back. 🌙 💕“

“Great place. Nice atmosphere and friendly staff. Food is delicious. I got the pastrami on rye with grilled onions. It was fantastic. I could only eat half. Warmed up the other half for dinner that night and it filled me up. If you are in Sylvania you should really give it a try. You won't be disappointed.“

When it is open, it’s great! The workers are great though, very nice, and very rarely gets my order wrong.

I’m just tired of the unpredictable lobby being closed so much, as well as the ordering ahead. I load my Starbucks app only to now have no access to the money back and I can’t get breakfast.

If I want to get coffee, it’s like I have to get there an hour before I have to be at work five minutes away to be able to adjust the lobby being closed and the drive thru line being stupid long because of it.

We aren’t small enough of a town anymore for this to be a problem.“

“Out of my 37 years this is the best McDonalds experience I have ever had. There is not one negative thing that I can even remotely think of for this McDonalds.

This store has now set my expectation bar extremely high for all McDonalds.

Everyone is super nice, we dined inside and it was clean, even the bathrooms!

We went through drive thru (late) and it was just as amazing as dining in for lunch.

I am just blown away at the service, food and atmosphere of this McDonalds!!!!

“96% recommendation??? No, those 4% are cuckoo… My girl-friends and I were in Maggie Valley a couple weeks ago for a girls trip when a couple of us needed a pick me up. We are so glad we did. This place is amazing starting with the signs all over the walls. We loved them. Then it was the drinks; they were phenomenal. But most importantly, the barista was the best ever. Her personality was contagious and I wanted to pack her up and carry her around with me because we all need a constant dose of what she serves and I don’t mean just the drinks!!! 20/10 highly recommend!!!“

“They ALWAYS make my coffee too sweet. I come here when in town, I custom order with less vanilla pumps than normal but it still always comes out too sweet. I need to stop trying.

“This is a Starbucks in an Ingles grocery store and was the first Starbucks in the area. They always make the drinks better than any other Starbucks I have visited in the Waynesville-Asheville area and the employees are always friendly. I love the convenience of getting coffee while I shop for groceries and there is also ample seating including both tables and comfy chairs in the Ingles food court area.“

“This is a really nice location on campus! It’s big, so plenty of room and seating. I usually get tea, and this time I got a breakfast sandwich. The venti iced green tea was good but for some reason I can never get it sweet enough, even after asking for it to be extra sweet. I got the sausage, cheddar and egg sandwich which was also really good. The workers here are very nice and they do a lot, so I appreciate them so much! 5 star experience every time I’ve been : )“
