“Friendly staff and delicious food”

“I love eating at Viva Chicken but disappointed at the portions are small compared to Viva Chicken in Charlotte uptown near Novant. I got the Viva Chicken Salad so I had to pay $3.90 extra for the amount of chicken I got in the picture there in addition to the salad. I also got the Naked Peruvian wrap with added $3.90 chicken which was ok but better than the salad. I spent almost $30 for two items. I splurge at times for special occasions but for the amount of chicken I got, I could have gotten a whole rotisserie chicken at Sam's club for a lot more to share with my family of 5.”

“Great customer service! I stopped today to get a cup of coffee. I start by saying I am not an avid coffee drinker. I let them know this and they made a suggestion, I did not like it. Before I left the establishment they made sure that I had a perfect cup of coffee that I enjoyed at no charge. If you haven't tried them you should go. #MonroeGem”

“Where do I begin?! Summerwood Sweets was able to make our wedding vision a reality. We wanted customized cakes at each guest table representing the relationship or connection we had with each other. Rose delivered that idea with creativity and passion. And the cakes were not only beautiful but absolutely delicious. Oh, and our wedding cake was also amazing!! Highly recommend if you want the best.

“I live in Maryland and often visit my sister who lives in Monroe.
The food is delicious and the services is as equally good.
I was blown away on a visit to the Palace and the waitress knew what I wanted.
Talk about extraordinary customer service.
Thank you for making me feel like part of the community.
I never leave town without a visit to the Palace for breakfast, lunch, or dinner.
In addition the atmosphere is cozy and comfortable.
I wish there were more restaurants that took this type of time to take care of there customers.

“Alfredo spinach pizza great BUT they still charge for chicken when I requested no chicken. So I had to pay more for the dead ingredient that makes it expensive being a vegetarian. Boo-hiss!! Excuse: "No option on computer to deduct chicken" Lame, lame, lame!!!”

“If you asked me a few weeks ago if I would recommend this place, I probably would say yes. We usually never have any issues here but this past Saturday was terrible. There weren't many people inside which was nice but the hostess was so focused on her phone that she didn't see us come in. One of the waitress asked her if she helped us yet. I believe the owner took our order which she got wrong. I'm allergic to gluten and the Philly cheese was on a regular bun and not gluten free. She told me I spoke to quietly and didn't hear me. WTF? She heard me say my order ( Philly, meat and cheese, with fruit) but she didn't hear the gluten free part? I asked my daughter if I said it just to make sure and she said I did. Being a vegan is a choice, being allergic to gluten is not. I'm not sure if we will come back. She didn't even apologize. One of the other waitress was very nice about it and apologized.”
