“Shout out to the team ! This has to be one of the best run of a great franchise. We needed a to go Tray - and it was perfect- fast, hot and ready and the staff could not have been more friendly. A trainee helped me and was on point as I could tell his training staff was supportive and helpful. “I ate here today. I was very impressed. The place was clean and all the employees looked clean. Long line but it went fast. My food was very good. Beef was sliced. This place is 1000 times better than Arby's in Forest City. FC Arby's is the pits.“

“Went in for a burger hoping it would be moist and juicy. The meat and the entire sandwich was a bit dry, and not as good as they usually are.
Wheelchair accessibility: In my opinion, navigating a wheelchair inside would be a bit difficult. Restrooms are on the outside at the back of the building, and very small. No accessible by wheelchair“

“As I have been traveling from Tennessee to Charlotte NC every week or other week at minimum the past 8 months I have been adding this stop just so I can get Cookout and E85 fuel right up the road from here more and more. Cookout is a great place to get a big meal that's still fast food but with a more similar down or mom and pop style of food and portions. The food is almost always fixed hot and to my liking, with bigger portions for the prices it's really a no brainer for me. Keep the lot and parking areas clear and clean with friendly staff and great prices what's not to love? One thing to note is there's no public restrooms or areas to wash your hands so be clean before arriving 🤣. Handicap parking available (but just to dine).“

“Great! The staff was friendly, my food was fresh, I got my food in a reasonable time frame and they were able to accommodate my dairy free dietary restrictions!
Dietary restrictions: I can’t eat dairy and they did great with leaving cheese/dairy products off of my food.“

“Hardees is on point at this location. Clean, friendly, fast service. It's nice to order, pull up, and get your correct order quickly, without hassle. The servers are very polite and not rushing. The inside was clean and comfortable to sit in and enjoy our meal.“

“I usually get fast service here, several times they have brought my small order while I'm waiting in line, which I always reward with a tip. My only complaint is they need a filter on the ice machine, it tastes like bleach city water at almost all Sonics.“

“Being from California, we had never unheard of a Bojangles, but we’re seeing them EVERYWHERE as we travel through North Carolina so we decided to check it out.
We were there for a late lunch so it was practically empty and we got our food almost immediately.
The chicken tenders were great, biscuit was. List and fluffy and the Mac and cheese was delicious!
All in all a solid place for some fast food.“

“Weekend 730am Breakfast was fresh and hot. Wonderful as far as the food & service this time, but have had mixed experiences with different staff... usually depends on age range, or if theyre understaffed or if there seems to be no one in charge... but overall, its acceptable, as far as service goes. Food has always been better than most locations, regardless of service rating. Recommend if taking to go.“

Dietary restrictions: Can easily tweak the sandwich to fit your dietary restrictions.
Parking: Shared with speedway and it can be a bit busy, somewhat easy to find parking.
Kid-friendliness: Smaller sizes and portions for kids.“

“well just don't place your order with the call ahead center because they will not send your order to the store ... the employees at the store are very nice and got my order in but I had to wait even longer to place my order again at store because the call center sucks ....“
