“This location has never been the greatest. I’ve always had issues with service, the food is always good. I decided to give this store one last chance tonight.I haven’t been to this location in about 2 years, I must say tonight I was extremely satisfied. Although they seemed understaffed everything was perfect! To whomever the manager on duty was I appreciate the great experience you all gave me tonight, I will be returning!“

“I got the Cheesy Beaut and fries with Bossy Sauce via DoorDash tonight - I’m in love. The chicken? Delicious. Well seasoned. The house made pickles on the sandwich? Delicious. I’ll probably stop by to buy some at some point. The fries? Delicious and crispy. The Bossy Sauce? Well I didn’t know it had red pepper flakes in it since there was no description of the flavor or anything and I don’t do well with spicy stuff generally BUT I pushed through it anyway because the sauce was that good. This was my first time ordering from them but I’ll be recommending them to everyone.“

“Unusual place, but the chicken is fantastic. They have chicken, chicken salad and about 5 sides. Oh and they do have one dessert. That said, don't pass this place up. Get your chicken dipped and whichever side you want. All is good to great“

“I have eaten there jumbo shrimp and it was great. Large shrimp at a great price. Their baked potatoes are huge. Would recommend.“

“This is a thriving Chic-fil-A. If you want a classic Chic-fil-A experience, come here. This place has the great food you've come to expect from Chic-fil-A. The associates are friendly and helpful. The wait is not long, even during lunch time when everyone is there trying to get some food. I would definitely recommend this Chic-fil-A.“

“Well I was out paying bills and I decided to stop in this establishment only for a hot coffee, i walked up to the counter and asked the female clerk i would like a senior coffee and the woman said you must order first, I said are you joking she looked and said no sir its our policy,I had money on me and I was disappointed but not shocked, so I said to the female clerk no problem I will gladly go to another restaurant to get coffee, no anger, no cursing, no name calling I just walked out, and Almighty God is my witness to this interchange with the female cashier. So I will never walk in another chick fil-A restaurant again. But I still saw how clean the facilities were, that was my very 3rd times every visiting this establishment, I will still give them a great rating simply because they are much younger cashiers and many aren't taught about old school ethics, standards, morality, even though I understand the establishment is supposed to be Christian base establishment. So I am not angry or offended just disappointed peace and Almighty God bless you all. ❤️ human resources classes might be a good thing to offer employees. And I was expecting to pay for my coffee gladly, a Vietnam vet who defended this country and this is the truth.“

“I stopped by Zaxbys for the first time in many years. I wasn’t going to review them until I took the first bite. It was very good. I got the Kickin Chicken sandwich. Great flavor. Chicken cooked perfect and it’s a Monday night so I pretty much had the place to myself.“

“I am new to Kernersville. I decided to get Chick-fil-A for dinner. I was very very pleasant with the workers and the atmosphere. I went through the drive-thru and I was having some troubles with my online order and the app. The worker helping me, specifically the worker with a headscarf was very helpful. She completely understood the problem and assisted me. My order was fresh and I am delighted.“

“I didn't like the Zaxby salad that I got. The chicken eas on top with coleslaw slaw then lettuce on bottom. However, they loaded the salad with thick teriyaki sauce. It made everything talk yuck. Won't get it again.
However, my grandson got chicken wings and tenders with fries. I tasted the fries and they were really good as well as a generous amount. He said the chicken was delicious. So I will try it next time.“

“Food was good as always, but if you order using the app, you might want to wait a while before doing so again depending on what you typically order. If you order a sandwich meal on the app, it will list two different buns for your sandwich. You can unselect one, but it won't let you select the other one. So, when your order arrives at the restaurant, it looks like that you want your sandwich with NO BUN. The Thru-Way location has submitted a ticket to Chick-fil-A's IT Department, so hopefully this bug will be fixed soon. I do however appreciate the Thru-Way management team for acknowledging and taking action on this as quickly as they did.“

“The food was great. The chicken was crisp and moist. However, didn't have that zing like it once did. And I ordered it spicy which was shocking. But still a good experience.

Dietary restrictions: Church's isn't where you come when you're dieting. But when it's a cheat day. 😜

Parking: This particular location, parking is limited. So it's get in where you fit in. 😊“

“Always hot and fresh! The staff is friendly and they stay very busy! I ordered the shrimp & chicken. Everything was tasty! They had a new young lady on the register and she was very sharp and attentive to my order and one of my co workers. They thought my co worker was my son! They treated us like family anyway! I highly recommend this Church's Texas Chicken! They'll see us again this coming week!“
