“My favorite donuts in Charlotte, always. Staff is always kind, the stores are always pretty and chill. Have never had a bad donut! This cafe con leche and Boston cream were great, the crème brûlée was a highlight a while back too! They are quite expensive, but so so good!“

“you would think after waiting 30 minutes in line that when you pull up to the window your order will be hot maybe I don't know. not only was my order cold and greasy. the young black girl with blonde braids running the drive-thru window had an attitude because she had to correct my order. maybe if she wasn't too busy cutting me off I could have finished ordering. I do not recommend this location!“
