“I love grabbing some Happy Hour frozen drinks at my local Sonic. (2-4) This location usually has an individual with a thick accent working the intercom system, and though they are very nice, unfortunately some of my older family members have a difficult time hearing/understanding the person while ordering. They're super friendly, it's just an occasional issue worth noting to those who may be hearing impaired. Otherwise this location is among my favorite sonics, due to their quick moving drive thru, and pull-in assistance speed.“

“This dq is always good. I come here with 3 kids and the staff does everything they can to make it easy on me. We come here 1-2x a month for a special treat and they always deliver! Food is hot and nicely put together. Yeah it's fast food but it's way better than anything else you can get from a comparable place.“

“Ordered two salads for takeout and I arrived a few minutes later - just after opening time for them. The manager apologized when I came in and gave him my name as it would be a few more minutes - apparently he didn’t like the way the lettuce looked, sent the other employee over to the grocery store to buy some fresh. A few minutes later, the lettuce arrives and I hear him washing and chopping it and I’m out the door shortly after that. I don’t see a lot of that level of care at most chain restaurants - you tend to get what you get - but I appreciated it enough to want to say something about it.“

“To say I'm severely disappointed is an understatement. Stopped in with my husband (I've never been to a BoJangles before and have always wanted to try, but I've never seen one in Missouri where I'm from) so he stopped in for me to try it. First off, the girl at the register has the attitude of a wet mop. She did not smile, and frankly acted like she would rather be anywhere else but there. Did not have a customer service attitude in the slightest. We ordered our food and my husband went to the restroom while I tried to find a seat, but every table except 1 was filthy or the chairs to that table were. Finally found a bench seat table that seemed clean so I sat down. I went to the restroom while my husband was getting our food when it was ready, and the bathroom was absolutely disgusting. Upon returning to our table I was getting ready to eat, and my chicken was really dry like it had been made hours prior, biscuit was disgusting, Mac and cheese left a lot to be desired, honestly I didn't even finish my meal. And while sitting there in disappointment, we started looking around and noticed that the walls had dried sauces and other food on them, as well as the floors and tables. The benches have a space under the backboard which had food lined from one end to the other, and a straw on my side that wasn't visible if you were standing up. Food down every the line of every window. All in all, my first experience at a BoJangles was a horrible one. I will probably never eat at one again because of this experience. And i was so excited to finally get to try it. Some of these photos are just to show that we were the only two in there and nobody was trying to even clean up the messes. Don't go here.“

“My husband and I ate here over the weekend and it was amazing! Food, atmosphere, and service was all amazing! There were 2 employee's that need to be bragged about especially because of how great they were. Fiona and Owen, they were helpful, funny, and just such delights!“

“I really appreciate the fact that they allowed me to modify a burger due to being GF (not celiac). They even gave me a fork to eat my burger with no bun and I appreciate the thoughtfulness. I try not to be a burden and they did not blink an eye at my request! Now, there is probably cross contamination, but if you can tolerate that, this is a great quick option!“
