“Food is usually ok and service is great if you get the shorter Hispanic lady helping you. The atmosphere is weird because it's a drive through/car hop and the inside is hardly ever open. And when it is there is never anyone consistently checking on the counter.“

“We do not eat fast food often but if we do we go to Jersey Mike’s. Why? Because they slice their proteins right in front of you, the vegetables are always fresh! Great sandwich choices. Plus they have a rewards club so you can get a free order now & then! You can really enjoy their quality compared to other sub shops.“

The manager apologized when I came in and gave him my name as it would be a few more minutes - apparently he didn’t like the way the lettuce looked, sent the other employee over to the grocery store to buy some fresh. A few minutes later, the lettuce arrives and I hear him washing and chopping it and I’m out the door shortly after that. I don’t see a lot of that level of care at most chain restaurants - you tend to get what you get - but I appreciated it enough to want to say something about it.“
