“Tried Chex Grill in Indian Trail today and let me just say… the food was SLAPPIN 😮‍🔥 But the real star? Rashad. Absolute top-tier human. There was a tiny “delay” with my jerk chicken sub because they were literally making the sauce fresh (which honestly just tells me everything I need to know). I wasn’t even bothered, but Rashad went out of his way to make sure I had food at the same time as my family and surprised me with a chicken, mushroom, and cheese sub (no clue the official name but BABYYYYY… it was BUSSIN). The kindness, the thoughtfulness, the vibes were unmatched. Food was amazing, service was superb, and it’s rare to see someone care that much these days. We’ll 100% be back. “Oh my gosh if I could give this place 1 million stars I would! My son wanted his 8th birthday here badly. I called and spoke with Julie and she answered all my questions & was super helpful with suggestions. The day of the party Hilary made our desert platter with the funfetti cake bites and candy and it was SO delicious. I can’t rave enough about the cake bites, honestly everyone of my guests loved them! We had the tots fries, chicken tenders and ravioli (fried) and it was all so amazing and surprisingly fed a lot of people for what I ordered. They didn’t try to upsell me but guided me on what would reasonably work for how many people. The lady at the front desk was super sweet and helpful too! It was a blast for the kids AND adults!! Not gonna lie I kinda want my bday party here next year lol. Thanks again Fox’s- y’all were amazing ! Highly recommend!!“

Holden exceeded our expectations, and should hone his skills into a fine dining gig. He would do quite well. Food was great, love the imaginatively crafted flavors of pizza, and the traditional favors for the guest who aren't as creative as I. 8/10* will be back.“

“I came in around lunchtime with my wife and stopped to ask one of the employees, Joseph, a few questions about how the pizzas were made. He was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain every detail. Joseph provided outstanding customer service and made us feel very welcome. Our server was great as well, and the food was amazing. The excellent service and delicious pizza made for a wonderful experience. We’ll definitely be back! 🍕😊“

I had ordered something new which I wasn’t thrilled with but the waitress and the manager could not have been more helpful in fixing the situation and making sure I was happy with my meal. Broiled catfish, green beans and Mac could have been better and was a little disappointed that they DO NOT actually have any real chicken options other than chicken fingers (as the name says online) but the perch was delicious and the cakes were spot on. “I had to give a shoutout to this Wingstop location! I’ll be honest—I usually avoid Wingstop because, even when you order ahead, it tends to be chaotic and the food isn’t ready on time.

But today I took a chance and did an online order. It completely changed my perspective.

This location was very clean and well-kept, which immediately stood out. The young lady at the front with the burgundy braids was incredibly pleasant and kind. She greeted me, had my name ready, quickly grabbed my order, and I was in and out in no time—something I’ve never experienced at Wingstop before.

“Had a new driver forget to grab our drink on the way out the door, the GM personally brought it to our house as soon as I let them know (literally within 10 minutes of hanging up the phone he was on our doorstep and we live on the opposite side of 74). You don’t see service like that anymore. Highly recommend this location.“
