I ordered the Grill Worx wrap with chicken (sauce on the side) with fries and my daughter ordered 2 pancakes with strawberries. When we got our order, mine looked delicious but my daughter's were not what we expected with the strawberries. We assumed the strawberries would be fresh but they weren't. The strawberries were in a very red syrupy, thick sauce all over the pancakes. We got Netta's attention and explained what happened. She understood and had the cook remake the pancakes. When we go out for breakfast, we will now ask the server if the strawberries or other fruit are fresh or from a can. It was great to see how busy they were.“

“After a day of yard work the Sicilian deep dish pizza was just right to refuel. I've been in NC for 2 1/2 years now and this pizza was by far the best since relocating. I was charged extra when they fixed my order and brought me mac and cheese, which took an additional 10 minutes. Mac and cheese is no longer a bottomless side as well 🥹

“Moved back home to Burlington after 31 years in Chapel Hill (so glad to leave). always went to the Hillsborough store. Loved it there. Called by pet names, Vet, LT, first name. Seen many come and go. Never had a bad meal. Fast forward to now. Burlington store has come to treat me the same. I live close by so go often and at all different time. Service is always fast except Sundays between 12 and 1, church traffic. Great hot fast food and friendly crews!!“

“The food was cooked perfect and was very delicious. The waitress was very friendly, welcoming and helpful. The music in the restaurant was very loud. The worst thing about the visit was the wait time and how to check in when you turn into the parking lot.

Parking: The booth, where you have to check in when you turn into the driveway, is too close to the road. It is close that only 1.5 cars can get into the driveway at a time.“

“We were looking for a late afternoon lunch, and we found an absolute gem. We both got the pastrami sandwiches and got the house chips and sweet potato chips - and ate ourselves stuffed! We also each order an ale and it was a lovely addition. We sat outside and it was utterly delightful.

Be aware, this time of the afternoon, only the barman was on duty, so expect to have a more leisurely meal time. I promise, it's worth it. Not that it took forever - we had a great turn around time - I just want expectations adjusted.“

“Passing through Burlington and saw this place. i ordered a 5 piece chicken wings with ranch and it was really really good! There was a good amount of sauce on the wings and the sauce was delicious. The ranch is also very good. Would definitely recommend! Almost forgot to mention, I went through the drive through and did not have to wait long at all! Very happy.“

The beer is cold, but I guess overall the idea of Hooters is just so passé. Typical 50 plus year old dudes hanging out in booths, "working remote" with the rotating staff who stopped by and sit and say hello to earn their tips. Do better girls.“

“Went here for Valentines dinner and our server was amazing. She was so down to earth. I don't remember what she said her name was but she had long blonde hair. We came in an hour before closing because I didn't get off work until 10pm. She made our night memorable. Very sweet. Will look for her again the next time we come in.“
