“The waffles were great, but important note: they said they don't take walk-up orders, you will have to order on line, then pickup. Not ideal if you're hungry now and you stopped by while on the road. Starbucks, Biscuitville, MC D's or even Bojangles take walk up customers all day.“

“Food was great service bad we were seated in bar area waited on by bartender who had several at the bar and we waited forever got no clean salad plates no drink refills and after an hour finally ask for our bill she apologized but should have ask for help we have been here for years and loved it but inside looks dated and rundown and bathrooms had no been serviced and understaffed please improve we love this place!“

“Everything is good but the prices. Depends on who checks you out ordered 2 hashbrowns and 2 eggs with cheese 15 dollars! No meat no toast. That's the only thing I don't like about the place come on now we are in hard times don't rip us off with food!“

“This was our 1st time at Shak's. Food was great, service was on point, pricing in range. Very nice clean atmosphere.It was not crowded but had a lot of take-outs and pick-ups. At this time they are hiring for all positions. Good opportunity, summer job for students or anyone.Our waitress had never worked this environment and on the job to weeks. You wouldn't have known it. “Moved back home to Burlington after 31 years in Chapel Hill (so glad to leave). always went to the Hillsborough store. Loved it there. Called by pet names, Vet, LT, first name. Seen many come and go. Never had a bad meal. Fast forward to now. Burlington store has come to treat me the same. I live close by so go often and at all different time. Service is always fast except Sundays between 12 and 1, church traffic. Great hot fast food and friendly crews!!“

“Passing through Burlington and saw this place. i ordered a 5 piece chicken wings with ranch and it was really really good! There was a good amount of sauce on the wings and the sauce was delicious. The ranch is also very good. Would definitely recommend! Almost forgot to mention, I went through the drive through and did not have to wait long at all! Very happy.“

“I have been going to this Hooters for 15 plus years anytime I visit the area to see family. The wings are actually all right. The beer is cold, but I guess overall the idea of Hooters is just so passé. Typical 50 plus year old dudes hanging out in booths, "working remote" with the rotating staff who stopped by and sit and say hello to earn their tips. Do better girls.“
