“Mama Bird’s Ice Cream has lots of flavor choices including several vegan/non-dairy ones. I tried the Vegan (non-dairy) mint chip in a small cup. There were also choices of sugar cones, homemade waffle cones, or waffle bowls, and ice cream sandwiches made with homemade brownies or cookies. The small was a nice sized two scoop portion. Loved it! The staff was very nice and answered my ingredient questions (allergy issues) and offered a sample to customers.”

“I absolutely loved my experience at Miss Chang An. The food tasted incredibly authentic — every bite brought back memories of home. The liangpi (cold noodles) were perfectly chewy and full of flavor, and the beef soup was rich, comforting, and deeply satisfying. You can really tell the dishes are made with care. The staff were warm and welcoming, and the cozy atmosphere made it feel like a hidden gem. I’m so glad I found this place — it’s definitely one of the best Chinese restaurants I’ve been to in the Triangle area. Highly recommended!”

Nestled amidst a convenience store, this unassuming restaurant serves up some of the most extraordinary sushi I've ever tasted! The sushi itself is a masterpiece. The atmosphere is just lovely. We planned our son and future daughter-in-law's rehearsal dinner from afar, way far.....Michigan. As stressful as that could have been, Kathie did everything to ease our stress. She calmed this Momma's heart and executed everything to a "T". The appetizer table was not only displayed beautifully, it was YUMMY! The salad, main entrees and dessert did not disappoint. But most of all, the staff was most kind and extremely professional. We cannot thank Kathie and the staff at Chef Palette enough for the wonderful and memorable evening we shared together. GO TO CHEF's PALETTE!”

“Howling Cow is the perfect mix of education and enjoyment. The ice cream is rich, creamy, and made with milk from cows right on the farm. The Dairy Education Center gives visitors a unique look into how dairy products are made, and the Randleigh Dairy Museum offers interactive exhibits for all ages. The porch with rocking chairs and views of the pastures make it a relaxing stop. It can get busy on weekends, but it’s absolutely worth the visit.”

“My son requested Crumbl cookies for his birthday, so I decided to try and place an order to quickly go and pickup curbside. However, upon trying to check out, I am asked to tip the bakers. I already have $27 worth of cookies in my cart and you are asking me to pay more; to your bakers?? The tip options started at $5 went to $10 and then “other”. If I didn’t want to tip, I assume I would have to hit “other” and then put a $0 in? That seems rude and then I worry about the quality of my food! I decided to drive there and place an order inside, and fortunately was able to attain all of the different flavors. The ladies working there were very nice and prompt but the owner needs to pay them a fair wage and stop asking customers to tip them for doing their job. These cookies aren’t cheap to start with!”

“We had been ax throwing before at Epic Ax, and went to book a spot to go again when I learned they are closed permanently. Searched for another spot and came upon this one. And I’m so glad we did!! They had projector games to choose from! Instead of the same target board over and over, you can choose different games! We did the traditional one and went to a zombie board, and did a word game. And many more games we didn’t have time to do! The staff is knowledgeable and very friendly! My husband and our son and his girlfriend had the best time, and we most certainly will be back!!”

“I can’t recommnd this place enough honestly. We had Ben as our server and he was absolutely amazing. This was our first time in Raleigh playing tourist for my birthday weekend. He was knowledgeable about everything on the menu, made great recommendations for everything, and overall was very kind and funny as hell. He even suggested some places we should go try out afterwards (bars and lounges) and we had an absolute blast all night after leaving because of those suggestions. Ben was top tier and honestly just purely *chef’s kiss*.”
