“We have watched this building go from one bad restaurant to another. We finally decided to try the present MI CANCUN because I had read many great reviews. It lived up to its reviews. “One of our favoriteest restaurants of all time. Their service is top-notch, their food is beyond words. My parents literally go to the restaurant at least twice a week (Robin and Randy). Every time I walk in I get a very friendly "hello", it's to the point where I don't even have to ask for my order they already know.. I could not recommend a better restaurant. Love you guys!“

“What a pleasant surprise! I was getting tires across the street and just happen upon this place. No joke, the chicken burrito I got was really great. Easily in the top 3 Mexican food trucks I visit in the entire Raleigh area. It could easily be the best, just depends on the taste you’re after at this point. Definitely try it out. Only downside now js I’ll have to fight the steering wheel every time I drive by. Thanks!“

“I have been here more than 20 times in last 3 years, food is usually so good that I always forget to take pictures.
After moving to Cary/ Apex few years ago from Raleigh, I thought I would miss all those excellent taco trucks in South Raleigh and North Raleigh. But this has filled the void in an excellent way!
The best birria tacos I have tasted in the triangle. Consomme is real good too. Alll the other tacos (barbacoa, steak) and burritos were great! And true to the sign of a great taqueria, the red salsa and the green salsa, both are top notch.
Prices are fair, I would not call them cheap eats. And yes sometimes in the past I had to do hand gestures to put my order in because I'm not a native Spanish speaker, just like another reviewer said, but it's all good and I never had any problems!!

“My family loves this place. The staff are always happy and helpful. The food is fantastic. This is a true local gem and family owned. The owner and his entire family work here. I have been eating here for over a decade. The food is consistently good and the service is wonderful. Be sure to try the made in house hot sauces, you have to ask for them, but they are complimentary.“

He makes sure everyone has what they want and if you aren't happy he will fix it immediately. This business is lucky to have him and his staff.“

“Went on Valentine's Day with my boyfriend, his food was amazing, mine tasted very good but was a little cold when it came out. That's probably due to a lot of people for valentines. The service was good just really slow, waited 10 minutes for a refill of water. Very beautiful restaurant.“

“I DONT RECOMMEND THEM. I went in for lunch, placed my order, paid for it and was told to wait 15 min. 3 people behind me received their food first and 1 of the customers ordered the SAME thing I order (and I was told it took a little while to cook) and that customer got his before me. when I asked why, she told me " yeah they sometimes make the food for the customers they know first" oh really? then you don't need my business . Yes, I got my money back!!“

“Went for the first time on Saturday March 6. I got a beef taco and my kids got the same. I also ordered a side of rice. The food took about 8 minutes to make. We opened up our taco and it looked delicious. There was a little lime in all our taco meals. The taste was amazing! The tortilla was authentic and delicious as well! The rice was the best I ever had! We will be back to try more tasty menu items!“

“I’ve been eating at Chipotle for over a decade and some stores in the Triangle area (and on a larger scale) have definitely dipped in quality over the past few years, but the food at this location was really good. I was also happy to see that the inside of the store was very clean and well-kept. It looked well-staffed at around 7:30PM on a weekday. Keep up the good work at this location! This will be my new go-to Chipotle.“

“I stopped by this place on a random drive day, and I’m glad I did so. Amazing Mexican food, and fresh juices. Their tacos and burritos are way above your $$$ restaurant experience. The lady running this place is polite and courteous. Beautiful location too.“
