“Donovan was just amazing! He was so personable and professional! It was my first visit to Papa Murphy’s and from the second I walked in Donovan greeted me with such a warm and friendly welcome! He was courteous and super helpful, he helped me navigate the menu and pick the best options. “First time my husband and I had ever eaten here and it was delicious and the prices were good. The staff were amazing especially when we accidentally dropped our leftover spaghetti and meatballs. “I’ve actually never been inside, I’ve only had this pizza delivered but I had to give it 5 stars across the board. It is by far my favorite NYC style pizza in town. I even eat the crust, which I usually skip elsewhere. They’ve got that good restaurant ranch, and their marinara is solid. They use the thin-cut, round Italian sausage and slice the veggies perfectly thin. Vito’s special is it, treat yourself.“

That said, I was very disappointed to bite into my shrimp poboy and discover they had completely changed it. ugh!! If that is all I knew of Amy's was that particular burrito, I probably wouldn't be back. BUT I was talking to some.staff and they said next time to just ask for the original poboy and not the new.one. menu changes of loved things always drivee.nuts. the portions are great and there the staff is always friendly and helpful.“

“The pizza is good but the Nachos are really good. This place is one of the only places I've ever been that layers the nachos. They use two types of cheese and the toppings are plentiful. We get the veggie nachos and add chicken. 1 order is more then enough for two people and will keep you picking for an hour. Great game day choice.“

“I always love the food here. I get the same thing every single time, so I can only say it about the crispy chicken bacon alfredo but its on point. For some reason though this time my bowl didnt have any spinach whatsoever and thats one of my favorite parts.
I will say I gave it 4 stars because for the price (almost $15) I wish my bowl was completely full.

“I frequent this location and it’s always good but I just wanted to compliment the employees working last night 1/28/26. It was BUSY, lines wrapped in the drive through as well as inside and they were running that place like a well oiled machine. Especially the girl at the front (didn’t catch her name but she was blonde) running back and forth from order line to the take out area around 6:15. Fantastic service!!!“

“I’m basically a regular here lol. Atleast once a week or more sometimes depending I’ll say this in my experience would I recommend this restaurant to a Friend yes! Because Bobby the manager and Eden are two Great people who work there anytime I’ve had a bad experience or miss happening or something Bobby does his actual best to fix it and make it right remember in theses times it’s hard to find good help and even though Bobby is the main Guy at this location he doesn’t see me as a number and Eden along with Bobby know my order and me by name and remember things and conversations and are always awesome and welcoming there are not enough things I can say good about the two just remember we all have bad days and things happen so God forbid if you have a bad experience please give Bobby a chance to make it right. “I was just expecting a regular experience at this Chick-fil-A, me and my friend went inside, ordered our food and began to wait. We both
Received our food… but one thing was missing! Her coke float! We thought nothing of it and waited 10 minutes for the float to arrive. We were starting to lose Hope just when David! David ( the one with the muscles ) I kindly asked if we were still waiting on something and when he caught wind that we were missing our float, he jumped on the task and it was out within two minutes. He so nicely gave us a soft serve ice cream to make everything better. And if that wasn’t good enough, he gave me 2 different versions of the honey mustard I asked for, one for dipping, and one for squeezing onto my sandwich. I MEAN THE DETAILS! Anyways great experience 10/10!!“

“If I could give this location more stars I definitely would!! My husband and I came in to eat at 8pm and didn’t realize the dining room had closed. After we ordered and realized the dining room was closed, we immediately tried to leave and apologize. Rogina and Danielle were having none of that and asked us to stay and enjoy our meal. The team had our food out so quickly and the fries were so hot. Even after us coming in after they closed the dining room, the service was top notch. Such a great team!! “Wow! Just wow. Trey was the most excellent server I’ve had at any restaurant. From his dashing good looks to his fast and speedy service he was always there for us. Breadsticks were in his hands at all times ready to hit my large stomach. The way he refilled our drinks was in such a way I haven’t seen in a restaurant in all my years. “Panera Bread has the same problem o. Many places in North Carolina. The restaurant needs more cleaning.
The strategy of forcing online orders is losing the customer servicing face to face. And the orders are not coming with precision.. needs more attention from attendants.“

“This is a REALLY yummy spot with great gluten free and vegetarian options, however we were a little bummed (but understanding) when we learned they were closing an hour earlier than what was posted on the door/online. They didn’t let us know that they were closing an hour early until right after we got our food which made me feel bad, we could’ve picked somewhere else if we had been informed prior to being sat. However it was still yummy and they were super kind about it! Our server was a very nice young lady :)“
