“It had been a while since I had been to a subway. On 10/31/24 I went to this location for the first time around 9:00am in the morning. I was greeted with a warm welcome from Gissel. She answered all my questions I had and provided me with excellent service and food. The service was so great I went back again on 11/1/24 which was the next morning.“

“The pizza from this site is always better than the other papa johns in wake forest and Raleigh. I love that they have 100% on their most recent health score. The pizza is sometimes cut all kinds of crooked but the toppings and cook are always just right. I go out of my way to eat here. With coupons you can expect to pay about $10 an item.
Kid-friendliness: I love the temp tattoos and sticker they give to kids that come through. Other papa johns don't do that.
Wheelchair accessibility: They will bring it right out to your vehicle if you call the store number and they do it with a smile.“

“This is was the extra tuna the young lady on the phone told me she supposedly added. You guys always do such a great job adding my extra tuna but this time it really sucked that there was nothing the young lady could offer me. I just want the issue corrected whether with the store or with corporate. 12 bucks is not cheap.“

“Let me just start off, with I had a problem with the one in wake forest on Durham rd. Yesterday afternoon, we went to McDonald’s I asked for extra mayo and no lettuce on his spicy mcchicken, and mine is good with lettuce I would like extra mayo also. So one with lettuce and one without. We get in the car, and start driving I pull out the food, mine had no mayo, extra lettuce and his had lettuce (when he is allergic) so the next McDonald’s I went to was youngsville, and Jazz was the manager when I got there. Jazz listen to what happened. Saw that the ticket said what we asked, but the ticket on the sandwiches and what they looked like said different. Jazz took care of everything remade the WHOLE order when she did not have to do that. She made sure I had everything FRESH!! My mcChickens and also my fries!! Thank you Jazz for taking care of me, and making sure I had everything right! Jazz was patient, caring, and was sweet, and when listening to her talk to her employees she is an amazing manager!! Thank you again Jazz.“

“This has been our go to location for years. The staff is always friendly. Good is great. How we, for the last year or so, every time I order here they forget an entree or something. They are super friendly about correcting the issue when I come back. Just check your food before you drive home!“

“This is the BEST, FINEST, Bojangles establishment that has come upon this planet. This is clearly not corporate, They are Extremely generous with portions, very polite, and very helpful.Very clean, 6 stars if I could. Ignore the 1 star reviews!!! Best bojangles there is, and I have no doubt about it. This is what gives me hope in humanity!“

“service tonight 4/25 is very rough. I understand it's a busy night, but there is absolutely no need for the assistant manager to get an attitude, when he rang up the wrong item. (ordered large drinks, he rang up large fries. didnt notice until after we paid) when asked where the large drink was, he got an attitude and said that we didn't order a second drink. I've had countless good experiences here, ans will continue to come back. BUT, just because it's busy, there's absolutely NO reason to get an attitude with customers. especially when you're in the wrong.“

“I was confused when I got to the drive thru because I was told the order I was making was a mobile order. I was assisted with breaking down the order to make it cost effective. I was happy with the patience in my confusion. Love the customer service here❤️“
