The corner King Suite was comfortable, and the staff went above and beyond—everyone, from the front desk to the market team, was exceptionally courteous and attentive. Under normal circumstances, this would easily be a perfect stay… however, there’s a glaring contradiction that left me baffled and disappointed: the hotel’s strict no-pets policy clashes shockingly with its otherwise dog-friendly vibe. Brewhalla’s market area is a paradise for pet owners! Well-behaved dogs are welcomed warmly, and the atmosphere radiates inclusivity for furry companions. This makes the hotel’s stance even more confusing. How can a space so openly embrace dogs in its market yet ban them from rooms entirely? As a traveler who values pet-friendly accommodations, this policy feels out of touch with Brewhalla’s own community. The issue became personal when my friend arrived in town with their dog, forcing me to cut my 5-night stay short and relocate to a different hotel. Brewhalla’s target audience—young, adventurous, and responsible travelers—often includes pet owners who prioritize their animals as family. To exclude this demographic feels like a missed opportunity. Responsible pet guardians (like my friend and me) aren’t asking for leniency; we’re seeking consistency with the market’s welcoming spirit. My animals are non-negotiable companions, and I urge Brewhalla to realign their hotel policy with their market’s dog-friendly ethos. The disconnect remains a dealbreaker for pet-loving guests like myself 💔 I'm hoping they rethink this policy—it’s the final puzzle piece to make Brewhalla truly unforgettable. “I live about 3-5 minutes from this location and every single time I come here, whether the order is an online order or from the drive through, it's always perfect. And I'm kind of a finicky guy with the about of requests I add to my order. But they never let me down. Best Caribou Coffee location in the FM area.“

“I highly recommend checking this coffee shop out! Love the mission of "Recovery is for everyone"! There is a large conference room (community room) where events and meetings are held there daily. Coffee comes from a local roaster, Thunder Coffee. It is so smooth and delicious. My favorite is a Iced Turtle Mocha.“

“I like that there is a Caribou Coffee in Memorial Union on campus. I am still getting used to customizing my drink orders, because they don't have some of the things that Starbucks has, but I'm sure I will figure it out. They do have items that Starbucks doesn't have. I love the Maple Waffle Sandwich, & I can't resist pumpkin spice anything to drink!The guy who is usually the cashier is super friendly. I honestly don't understand how anyone can be that cheerful in the morning, lol, but he must have the energy that I am lacking! Either way, I appreciate his kindness. I don't have any real opinions about the rest of the employees because I don't interact with them, except to get my order and say thanks. I'm sure they are all really nice and valuable employees.

Parking: I usually just park at Memorial Union. I don't have a parking pass, so I just pay for however long I will be on campus.

Wheelchair accessibility: I haven't paid any attention to the wheelchair accessibility, but I'm positive they have it, because it would be considered discriminatory to not have wheelchair access to the building where Caribou Coffee is located.“

Lovely lounge (the lounge had a couple hours of live music, which was an unexpected surprise.) Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed by the friendly reception staff. The housekeeping staff was pleasant and helpful. I would definitely recommend this hotel to everybody! It's a true sample of excellent hospitality.“

“I was passing by on the way to work and was so tired of typical starbucks that is available and decided to stop it. I'm so glad I did! What a cute place! I got a lavender London fog but seriously over 400 options to choose from. The owner was so sweet and helped me find the right tea and made it perfectly. “Cafe Robert is my new favorite find! What a little hidden gem inside Scheels Home & Hardware. Michelle at the counter was FABULOUS and so so nice. Food was phenomenal! Very reasonably priced as well - especially for being homemade & that delicious.Pictured is the Soup/Sandwich combo - Egg Salad with Chicken & Dumpling (brothy), and Knoephla.

“I ordered a steak pho and a grapefruit boba tea. The steak was tender, the soup was very flavorful (I added all of the fixings they give you, All of the bean sprouts, the lime, and all of the basil) My only complaints with the pho was (insert lame joke here ) that there wasn't more available. The grapefruit boba was incredibly fresh, it didn't taste like a lot of sugar was added at all ( they're pretty responsive to how sweet you want your drink to be when they ask you.) and the chewy boba I got added a nice textural variety.

It's also very introvert friendly! They have ordering kiosks that have a simple, easy to navigate UI, after filling out my order, the food came out in a very reasonable time too.“

“I had a raspberry green bubble tea minus the bubbles and coconut milk instead of regular. The employee working made the best one of these drinks I have had in all of the Caribou's I have ever been to. They confirmed that it was coconut milk as I sometimes end up with real milk even though I ask for coconut milk. The employee was also lactose intolerant which made me appreciate my drink even more. Glad I went in as I originally was going to go to another location that wasnt inside a grocery store.“

The sweetest barista came to the window and handed me a drink that actually wasn’t mine but another “Kayla’s” she couldn’t find my drink and she felt awful about the mixup and I felt awful because I didn’t want her thinking I was crying over the coffee (which I wasn’t!) . She said some extremely comforting words to me while I cried and tried to tell her my order she made me feel like no matter what was going on in my life that I was loved and valued. They couldn’t find my order but made me my favorite coffee and wrote “you are so loved” on my drink. If everyone even cared just a fraction of this person. Our world would be a much better place. This person went above and beyond and I’ll never forget it.“

I came everyday while on business and a big shout out to Kasie, she has been absolutely fantastic, she went above and beyond and providing customer service you don't rarely find these days.
